Description of job responsibilities Responsible for acquisition of corporate action related knowledge in security (related) market and advise the same to clients Read and collect the information on corporate action events from KSE and KOSDAQ newspapers, CHECK systems and DART(Financial Supervisory Service) Perform income processing, entitlement processing etc in global system Provide and exercise Proxy Voting services through KSD Withhold tax on income or prepare tax-exempt reports to tax office Request FX rate quote to dealers based on client instructions Your profile Recent College graduate or College graduate up to 2 years of work experience Have to have the skill set for English communications in speaking and writing. Have to be accurate with timeliness when handling the client documents and also when communicating with the clients. Efficient time management and problem solving technique. Skill set for Excel/Macro preferred. Security market related experience preferred Should be a team player. This shall cover personal information that was collected before this consent. 4 Period to retain and use personal information by the party provided therewith: The above personal information may be retained and used from the day of provision until the purpose of provision is achieved.
