8 SPC-6000 시스템 컨트롤러는 RS-485를 이용하여 PTZ 카메라, DVR, MATRIX 등의 기기를 제어할 수 있는 컨트롤러 입니다. 사용자에게 친숙한 On-스크린 메뉴와 터치 스크린, 조이스틱을 적용하여 조작이 편리합니다. 장거리 원격 제어 가능 RS-485 통신으로 최장 1km까지 원격 제어가 가능합니다. 통합 시스템 조정 가능 카메라 (Receiver Unit), DVR, MATRIX를 본 시스템 컨트롤러 1대로 제어가 가능합니다. 복수의 시스템 컨트롤러 연결 사용 가능 각각 다른 곳에서 시스템을 제어할 수 있으며 최대 16대를 동시에 연결하여 사용 할 수 있습니다. 조이스틱, 조그셔틀 모듈 교환 가능 사용자 편의를 고려하여 조이스틱, 조그셔틀 모듈 좌우 위치 교환이 가능합니다. 조작의 편이성 LCD 모니터를 통해 시스템 컨트롤러의 각 동작 상태를 표시 해주며, 터치 스크린으로 간편하게 메뉴를 선택하고, 조이스틱으로 편리하게 조작할 수 있습니다. 13 . 실내에서만 사용하세요. 물이나 액체가 제품의 접속부에 닿지 않게 하세요. 무리한 충격이나 힘을 가하지 마세요. 전원 코드를 무리하게 잡아 당기지 마세요. 임의로 제품을 분해하지 마세요. 정격 입출력 범위에서만 사용하세요. 승인된 전원 코드만 사용하세요. 입력 그라운드가 있는 제품에 대해서는 반드시 그라운드가 있는 전원 플러그와 함께 사용하세요. 시스템 컨트롤러는 평평한 테이블 위에 설치하세요. 본체의 위치와 배선실의 구성은 시스템을 올바르게 운영하는데 매우 중요합니다. 장비가 너무 가까이에 놓여 있거나, 통풍 장치가 미비한 환경에서는 시스템이 제대로 작동하지 않을 수 있으며, 시스템에 접근하기 어려운 환경에서는 시스템의 유지보수를 어렵게 할 수도 있습니다. 시스템의 고장을 막고 주변 환경 요소에 의해 시스템이 셧 다운 되는 경우를 줄이려면 시스템 운영실의 공기를 적절히 순환시키고 본체의 덮개를 단단히 고정 시키세요. 시스템 컨트롤러의 내부에는 고전압 부위가 있으므로 임의로 분해하지 마세요. - 동작 온도 : 0 C ~ 40 C - 보존 온도 : -20 C ~ 60 C - 동작 습도 : 10%~70% RH - 보존 습도 : 10% ~ 90% RH - 동작 전원 : DC 12V, 최대 4W ( ) _13

14 설치하기 전에 반드시 제품의 전원을 끄세요. 강한 충격이나 진동은 제품 고장의 원인이 되므로 사용시 주의하세요. 강한 자성이나 전파가 있는 곳, 라디오나 TV 등의 무선기기에 근접한 곳에는 설치를 피하여 주세요. 장비를 설치하는 도중이나 설치한 이후에는 본체가 위치하는 장소를 항상 깨끗하게 하여 먼지가 없도록 유지하세요. 밀폐되지 않은 평평한 바닥에 설치하고 적정 온도를 유지하세요. 그리고 벽에서 15cm 이상 거리를 유지하세요. 통풍을 위해 뚫린 홈에 도전성 물체가 빠지지 않도록 주의하세요. 시스템을 직사광선이 비치지 않는 서늘한 장소에 두고 장비나 도구를 사람들이 왕래하는 장소에서 멀리 떨어지게 두어 다치지 않도록 하세요. 연기나 냄새가 나는 이상 상태를 그대로 두고 사용하면 화재나 감전이 일어날 수 있습니다. 이런 경우에는 전원 스위치를 즉시 차단하고 구입처로 문의하여 전문 기술자의 상담을 받으세요. 습기 찬 바닥, 접지되지 않은 전원 확장 케이블, 닳은 전원 코드,안전 접지의 결여 등 작업 공간에서 있을 수 있는 위험을 주의 깊게 살펴야 합니다. J J ` 이 기기를 청소할 때에는 반드시 마른 수건으로 닦아주세요. 심하게 더러워진 경우에는 중성세제 용액을 묻힌 천으로 닦은 후 마른 수건으로 닦아주세요. 알콜, 벤젠, 신나 등의 휘발성이 있는 것은 표면을 상하게 할 우려가 있으므로 사용하지 마세요. ` LCD 모니터의 수명을 위해서 고온에서 사용을 금하며, 화면보호기 사용을 권장합니다. 16 SPC-6000 시스템 컨트롤러는 카메라, DVR 및 다른 외부 기기들과 연결하여 사용할 수 있습니다. RS-485 시스템 컨트롤러를 통해 RS-485 통신을 지원하는 PTZ 카메라, DVR을 제어할 수 있습니다. 1. 후면의 PORT 1 단자와 PTZ 카메라 또는 DVR의 RS-485 단자를 연결하세요. 2. 연결된 기기의 특성에 따라 Half Duplex 또는 Full Duplex 방식으로 연결할 수 있습니다. ` Half Duplex 방식으로 연결할 경우에는 TX +, 부분에 연결하세요. M M ` RS-485를 연결 할 때에는 +, 극성표시가 있으므로 극성이 바뀌지 않도록 주의하세요. ` 제품 구성품에 포함된 터미널 블럭을 장착하여 사용하세요. ` RS-485 장치가 SPC-6000에서 지원 가능한 제품인지를 먼저 확인하세요. 16_

18 MATRIX PTZ / DVR PTZ / DVR 1. 메인 컨트롤러로 작동할 컨트롤러의 [MATRIX] 포트와 매트릭스의 [KEYBOARD] 포트를 연결하세요. 전원은 MATRIX 연결선에서 공급받기 때문에 따로 전원을 연결하지 않아도 됩니다. 2. 서브 컨트롤러 PORT2의 TX+와 TX 를 매트릭스의 T+와 T 를 연결하세요. ` MATRIX와 연동하는 경우 서브 컨트롤러간의 통신은 9600bps로 고정됩니다. ` MATRIX ID는 <SUB 09>번으로 고정되어 있습니다. 3. 24 PAN/TILT 컨트롤러의 조이스틱을 상하좌우로 움직여서 카메라의 PAN과 TILT를 조절할 수 있습니다. 조이스틱의 중심에서 멀리 움직일수록 카메라의 이동속도가 빨라집니다. ZOOM 컨트롤러의 조이스틱을 시계방향으로 돌리거나, [ZOOM TELE] 키를 눌러 카메라의 ZOOM IN 동작을 조절할 수 있습니다. 컨트롤러의 조이스틱을 시계 반대방향으로 돌리거나, [ZOOM wide] 키를 눌러 카메라의 ZOOM OUT 동작을 조절할 수 있습니다. FOCUS 컨트롤러의 [FOCUS FAR], [FOCUS NEAR] 키를 눌러 카메라의 포커스를 조절할 수 있습니다. IRIS 컨트롤러의 [IRIS OPEN], [IRIS CLOSE] 키를 눌러 카메라 영상의 밝기를 조절할 수 있습니다. 사전에 지정된 위치로 카메라를 이동시킬 수 있습니다. 1. 조작할 카메라를 선택하세요. 2. 조이스틱을 이용하여 적절한 위치로 카메라를 움직이세요. 3. [SETUP] 키를 누르고 숫자키로 설정할 숫자를 누르고 [PRESET] 키를 누르세요. 1. 카메라를 선택하세요. 2. 숫자키로 설정할 숫자를 누르고 [PRESET] 키를 누르세요. 3. 프리셋 기능이 실행됩니다.
