Such emissions projections compared to the 2020 greenhouse gas reduction target of 30% cuts to our government. Because of this, transport train system and environmentally friendly means of transportation is changing. Compared to other means of transportation, mass transit railway efficient system is well-known fact, considerably more than the electrical energy consumption and load on the train the other is also a reality. In this paper, we examine the energy savings for train and rail system elements, and change the value of each element of the energy changes by analyzing the next train and system design, low energy consumption model is proposed.
