Changes in the National Informatization Strategy and the Road to u-korea IT paradigms change quality and pattern of individuals and businesses, and influential over national strategies and policies. This paper strives to feature the direction of the national Informatization strategy according to the emerging ubiquitous IT paradigm. The author first analyzes the essences of the ubiquitous IT paradigm and the development of Korea's national Informatization strategies. A strategy map for implementing u-korea is drawn upon from the new role of the national Informatization strategy in the ubiquitous IT era.
