Multi-factors, including genes, environmental factors, and life style, are involved in the development of cardiovascular diseases. To better understand cardiovascular diseases, this course will focus on understanding the development mechanism of cardiovascular diseases at the genetic and cell biological aspects. This course will allow the students to develop a basic knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and to become acquainted with various techniques that are used in cardiovascular biology.
