11) Risk of Sulfurization (or Tarnishing) The lead frame from Samsung Electronics is a plated package and it may change to black(or dark colored) when it is exposed to Ag (a), Sulfur (S), Cchlorine (Cl) or other halogen compound. It requires attention. 삼성전자의리드프레임은 Ag( 은 ) 을도금한 Package 제품으로황 (S), 염소 (Cl), 또는다른할로겐화합물들에노출시 Ag( 은 ) 은검정 ( 또는어두운색 ) 으로바뀔수있으니주의가필요함.
