Regulation of collegiate sport Article 25 (Grade management and unfavorable disposition) 1 Student-athletes must obtain C 0 or above as average credits for two semesters in order to participate in all competitions organized, hosted or approved by KUSF. 2 If a student-athlete is registered with less than the minimum of credits or attendance days specified in a certain school rule, he/she shall not be able to participate in all competitions organized, hosted or approved by KUSF. However, a person who is unavoidably expelled for injury, illness, or poverty may be guaranteed exception to restriction on the activities as an athlete only when the legitimacy is recognized. 3 The colleges must submit the grades of student-athletes to KUSF. 4 KUSF may provide non-playable student-athletes with reasonable remedies to the extent that they do not undermine the purpose of the regulation for ensuring student-athletes' rights for learning and normalizing academic management. <Established in July 25, 2017> Table 2. Detailed regulation of collegiate sport Article 25 (Grade management and unfavorable disposition) 1 The colleges must notify student-athletes of Section 1 and Section 2 of Article 25 of the regulations, and obtain consent from student-athletes that he/she agrees to submit his/her academic grades and attendance information to KUSF. 2 The colleges must supervise their athletic clubs and student-athletes to comply with Section 1 and Section 2 of Article 25 of the regulations, and submit the status of student-athletes academic grades and attendance information to KUSF when KUSF requests. KUSF must be careful to prevent leakage of the status data to the outside. 3 Restriction on game or competition in Section 1 and Section 2 of Article 25 of the regulations is not applied to any game or competition which is not organized, hosted or approved by KUSF. Instead, the colleges shall strictly apply their rules and regulations in attendance, examination, and evaluation for games or competitions that are not covered by Section 1 and Section 2 of Article 25 of the regulations. 4 In accordance with Section 1 and Section 2 of Article 25 of the regulations, the colleges must submit to KUSF a list of student-athletes who can not participate in games or competitions organized, hosted or approved by KUSF.
