(Gerstner, 1977), 水銀증기를과량흡입으로因한급성중독환자는 펴 1 렴고열기첨가슴통증을호소하고무기수은을과량 섭취로因한급성중독환자는구토증 bloody diarrhea shock 또는死亡에이를수있다. 만성水銀중독 환자는 soatitis, lolitis, progressive renal daage, aneia, Peripheral neuritis, irritability, treors, drowsiness 등을호소한다. (John, 1979) 이와같이 많은중상을나타내는수은중독이간기능에미치는 영향을연구하기위하여수은을투여하여생화학적 분석에의한간기능검사를실시하였다. ll. 홈騎材料및方法 5 週성장한 ale albino ouse(icr) 60 마리씩 한군으로하여대조군, 10μ:g Hg ion / g body weight 투여군, 2 0.μg Hg ion / g body weight 투여군, 4 0.μg Hg ion/ g 투여군으로분리사육하였다. 水銀이진기 능에미치는영향을실험하기위하여 ouse 의사육은 실온 (23 "C 士 2 "C) 에서습도를 63 土 10% 를유지하고 水銀투여후 30 일동안기본사료로사육했으며 (Morita et al, 1985) 사육첫날오전 8 시에체중측정과동시 에水銀을투여했고생화학적분석을실시하기위하여 각각분석일에 10 마리씩무작위선택하여체중측정 후 decapitation 방법에의하여채혈분석하였다. Alkaline phospha tase ( ALP) 의生活度는 King Astrong ( 1934) 법에의하여분석하였고 aspartate aino transferase(ast) 의生活度와 alanine aino transferase (AL T) 의生活度는 Reitan Frankel (1 957) 법, total protein 은 Biuret (John, 1982) 법, 그리 고 albuin 은 BCG 볍 (Peters et al, 1982) 에의하여 III. 를騎成績및考察 Saito 1985 등은 HgC1 2 중독은 ouse 의 phagocytic cell 의 activity 을저해시킨다는보고를하였고 Nishida (1 984) 는 Rat 실험에셔血淸水銀빼度가 μg/l 일때 edian toxic concentration (TD5()) 이 됨을보고했으며 Specto( 1956) 등은 Rat 의 LD5() 은 약 37g / kg body weight 가됨을보고하였다. 또한 Tojyo (1 977) 은 20.3 士 2.1g Rat 에 25g Hg ion / kg 또는 49.2g Hg ion / kg 을투여하였던바 1 주일 내에모두죽었음을보고하면서 Seleniu 과 ercury 는걸항작용으로중독증상을서로상쇄한다는보고를 하였고喜田材正次 (1972) 는 ethylercury 의섭취량 이 O.1g / day 이하는중독증상을나타내고 20g/ day 를섭취하면致命的임을보고하였으며 Altan (1 974) 등과 Mitruka (1981 ) 등은 Albino ouse 의 bioche ical reference value 가 ALP( KAU), AST( ku), AL T( ku), total protein ( g%), Albuin( g%) 라고 報告하였다. 水銀펀梁과體量과의關係를實嚴하기 위하여 5 週成長한 ale albino ouse (lcr) 를水銀 투여군과대조군을각각 60 마리씩샤육하면서體重을 測定한結果대조군은爾育하는기간 (1 개월 ) 동안體重 이증가하였고 10μ:g Hg ion/ g 을투여한군과 2 0μg Hg ion/ g 을투여한군은體重증가율이대조군 보다낮은증가율을나타냈으며 40 μg Hg ion/ g 투여군은體重의낮은감소율이나타내었다. 20μg Hg ion/ g 투여군은爾育 20 일내에모두죽었으며 4 0.μg Hg ion/g 의투여군은 10 일이내에모두죽었 다.(Fig. l.) ALP 의活性度에對한實購結果는대조군의活性度 가爾育하는기간이연장됨에따라변화의폭이작았 으나水銀투여농도가높아질수록감소폭이커졌으며 爾育 10 일이내의 10 μ:g Hg ion / g body weight 투여 군은 19%, 20μ:g Hg ion/ g 투여군은 29.5%, 40μg -99-

2 Hg ion/ g 투여군은 36.5% 감소되었고 10 일이후부 터약간씩회복되는것으로나타났다.(Fig.2) Yasuoto (1 977) 는 Rat 에 4 0.μ:g HgC12/ g b 띠 y weight 을투여하며詞育한결과體훌이감소되었고 ALP 의活性度가감소되었다는빠. 고와 Nishida (1980 ) 의 Rat 실험에서水銀 l Opp 을투여한결과 ~p.t 의빠톨이감소했다는報告와유사한결과를딸었타. (Fig.2) AST 에대한水銀의영향은대조군보다투썩한 水銀빼度가높율수록活性度의종가율이증가되었으 며투여후 10 일이내에최고흉가율은 1 0.μg' Hg ion / g body weight 투여군온 13.4%, 2 0.μ:g Hg ion/ g 투여군은 30.5%, 40.μ:g Hg ion/ g 투여군은 36.3% 까지크게증가된것으로냐타났다. (Fig.3) ALT 에대한영향은대조군보다심한감소율을 나타냈으며특히사육기간이 10 일이내에 ALT 의 i 活좀뺨 度가 1 0.μ:g Hg ion / g body weight 투여군은최저 12.2%, 2 0.μg Hg ion/ g 후여군용최저 26%, 4 0.μg Hg ion/ g 투여군은최저 39% 까지감소된것으로 나타났다. (Fig.4) 이는 ALT 의 i 춤性이水銀중독에 크게영향을받음을의미한다. Total protein 과 Albuin 의농도를分析한結果水銀이온생톨度가높아갈수록감소현상을냐타냈으며 Total protein 은투여후 10 일分析植가 1 0.μ:g Hg ion/g 를투여군은 19%, 2 0.μg Hg ion/g 투여군은 29.5%, 4 0.μg Hg ion/ g 투여군은 35% 감소현상을 나타냈으며 (Fig.5) Albuin 빼度에있어서는투여후 10 얼分析 f 直가 1 0.μ:g Hg ion/ g 투여군은 7% 감소되 었고 20μg Hg ion/g 투여군은 23.2%. 40.μ:g Hg ion/g 투여군은 37.5% 감소된결과를얻었다.(Fig.6) Nishida ( 1984) 는 ethylecury toxication Rat 의 퓨무게가감소한다는報告와비교해볼때이상과 같은結果는水銀이빠合成機能올저해하는것으로 사료되며 AST 의活性度가중가되는현상은水銀 이온이體內에서 heart toxication 에의한것인지또다 른 e 하 lanis 에의한것인지더욱연구해야할과제 다. 4 A Study on the Effect of Mercury on the Liver Function. Jong-Ho Ki Dept. of Clinical Pathology, Wonkwang Public Health junior College. Abstract This experients were carried out to investigate the effects of inorganic ercury on the liver function of ouse(icr) The ale albino ouse(icr) grown up 5 weeks were devided into 4 groups of being adinistrated orally with 10pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight, 20pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight, 40pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight, respectively at the first day in this experient and control group. The groups of being adinistered with inorganic ercury and control group were fed a basal diet for 30 days and sapled blood to easure the variation of body weight, alkaline phosphatase( ALP) activity, aspartate aino transferase(ast) activity, alanine aino transperase(al T), total protein concentration and albuin concentration of seru after feeding for one day, 5 days, 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, respectively. The results obtained were as followed; 1. The body weight of experiental ouse was increased a little to 21% in 10pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight treated group and to 6% in 20pg Hg ion per gra of body weight, but lower than in control group. and decreased to 11. 7% in 40pg Hg ion per gra of body treated group. 2. The activity of ALP, AL T, and the concentrations of total protein, albuin was decreased to 19%(ALP), 19%(total protein),?%(albuin) in 10pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight treated group and decreased to 29.5%(ALP), 26 % (ALP), 29.5% (total protein), 23.2% (albuin) in 20pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight treated group and decreased to 36.5%(ALP), 39%(ALT), 35%(total protein), 37.5%(albuin) in 40pg Hg ion gra of body weight treated group. 3. The activity of AST was increased to 13.4 % in 10pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight treated group and to 30.5% in 20pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight treated group to 36.3% in 40pg Hg ion per a gra of body weight treated group.
