REACH (SVHC) REACH (Regulation (EC) No1907/2006) 유해화학물질의규제를위해 EU 내제조, 수입되는연간 1t 이상의모든화학물질을등록, 평가, 허가및제한하는 EU 의신화학물질관리제도. EU 내개인, 법인, 또는역외제조자의 OR 을대상으로총 1ton 이상, 완제품중량대비 0.1% 이상포함된 SVHC 물질에대해신고하는의무를부과. 이를위해역외제조자에게는제품내물질정보를전달하는간접적인의무를부과. 해당물질이 Annex 14 (SVHC) 에포함되어있는경우예외조항을제외하고, 시장출시또는사용을금지. (REACH Article 56.)
