방사선동위원소를사용하지않으므로안전하게실험을할수있을뿐만아니라, kit 를구성하는각각의시약들이 1 회용으로개별포장되어있어사용하기에편리합니다. Silver 에의한 DNA 분석의또하나의장점은신속한결과확인입니다.

6 SilverStar Staining Kit Description Storage: Silver Staining에사용되는물은반드시 3차증류수를이용하십시오. Experimental Data 기존의 silver staining system 보다 DNA 검출민감도를 20 배이상높이기위해특허기술을적용한 enhancing solution 을포함한제품입니다. Enhancing solution 에의해높은민감도를가지는 Silverstar TM Staining Kit 는적은양 (1 pg DNA/mm 2 band crossselection) 의 DNA 도검출가능하며, DNA sequencing 용 gel 뿐만아니라 DDRT, SSCP, VNTR, RAPD 등다양한분석에적용할수있습니다. 방사선동위원소를사용하지않으므로안전하게실험을할수있을뿐만아니라, kit 를구성하는각각의시약들이 1 회용으로개별포장되어있어사용하기에편리합니다. Silver 에의한 DNA 분석의또하나의장점은신속한결과확인입니다. 방사선동위원소에의한 detection 결과는하루이상의시간이경과된후확인이가능한반면 gel 의 fixing, staining, developing 3 단계에의해이루어지는 DNA silver staining 은 1 시간 30 분안에결과를확인할수있습니다. Figure. 1.
