Tube bar gauge의 홈 부분에 0.3mm 두께의 다이아 디스크를 이용하여 Tube bar를 절단한다. 절단된 Tube Bar와 반대쪽 Large ball joint를 결합 하여 지정된 Torque로 결합한다. Female Part의 길이를 측정하기 위하여 그림과 같이 Large ball joint 일부를 포함한 길이를 측정. 귀금속으로 구성된 Female Part 를 측정된 길이로 잘라 준비한다. 비대칭 형태로 도치 배열이 쉽다. Female Part와 SFI-Bar를 결합 하여 유지력 등을 점검한다. 구강내에서 직접 의치상과 연결 할 경우 Direct Resin을 이용한 통상적인 방법으로 작업한다. Female Part가 결합된 의치상 내면으로 의치상과 Female Part 사이의 Space를 점검한다. 완성된 의치상의 장착 모습

Tube bar를 절단한 후 반대쪽 Small ball jointhalf shell ball 에 연결 Small ball jointhalf shell ball을 느슨하게 고정. 동일한 방법으로 인접한 Abutment에 Small ball joint Half shell ball을 이용 작업한다. 마지막 Abutment에 Large ball joint를 위치시킨 후 지정된 Torque로 모든 Joint를 고정. Female Part는 필요한 길이만큼 잘라서 사용한다. 보철물에 필요한 유지력만큼 제공된 Retention Insert 중 필요한 Insert를 선택하여 Housing에 삽입하여 사용한다. SFI-Bar와 Female Part를 결합 하여 유지력을 점검하고, Block-out한다. 일반적 방법을 이용하여 의치상과 연결한다. 완성된 의치상의 내면. 유지력의 증감이 필요한 경우 전용 Insert 공구를 이용하여 Insert를 교환한다. Large ball joint를 Abutment와 느슨하게 결합하고, Tube bar gauge의 곡면 하부 부분을 반대 Abutment에 정확히 안착 고정.
