7 14-Nov-12 DER W LED Driver Using LNK604DG 4 회로설명 4.1 입력필터 브리지 BR1 은 AC 입력전압을정류합니다. 정류된 DC 는벌크스토리지커패시터 C1 에의해필터링됩니다. 인덕터 L1 은커패시터 C1 과함께디퍼렌셜모드 EMI 노이즈를감쇠시킵니다. 이구성에파워인테그레이션스 () 의트랜스포머 E- shield 기술을적용하면 EN55015 클래스 B EMI 표준을충족할수있습니다. 저항 R6 은과도한링잉을댐핑하고 EMI 노이즈를줄입니다. 퓨저블방폭저항 RF1 은 AC 가처음인가될때돌입전류를제한할뿐아니라퓨즈역할을합니다 차측전력회로 정류되고필터링된입력전압은 T1 의 1 차측권선한쪽끝으로전가됩니다. 트랜스포머 1 차측권선의다른쪽은 U1 으로연결됩니다. 드레인 - 소스간커패시터 C6 는트랜스포머누설인덕턴스로인한드레인전압스파이크를제한합니다. 외부바이어스서플라이 D2, R7, C5 는전력효율을높입니다. D2 에는 EMI 를높이기위해슬로우리커버리다이오드를사용했습니다. 커패시터 C3 은내장컨트롤러용서플라이핀에해당하는 U1 의 BYPASS(BP) 핀에로컬디커플링을제공합니다. 그림 3B 의클램프회로 C2, R1, R2, D1 은 1kV 패스트디퍼렌셜서지가인가될때최대드레인전압을 700V 아래로낮춥니다. 4.3 출력정류및레귤레이션 트랜스포머의 2 차측출력은보다높은효율을위한쇼트키배리어다이어오드 D3 에의해정류되며 C4 에의해필터링됩니다. LNK604DG 은 CV 레귤레이션을위한 ON/OFF 컨트롤과정전류 (CC) 레귤레이션을위한주파수컨트롤을사용하여출력을레귤레이션합니다. 피드백저항 R3 및 R4 는출력전류를정확히가운데에맞출수있도록오차값 1% 의저항만허용됩니다. 출력전압은최대 LED 전압보다높게설정되었으며, 부하가차단될경우과전압을제한합니다. 추가정보스마트폰과코드리더기를사용하면당사웹사이트의관련콘텐츠에연결할수있습니다 Page 7 of 33
