LTD ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 13 국내피부암환자늘고있다한국일보 2015.7.15 서구에서주로발생했던피부암이지난 5 년 새 44% 가량증가해우리나라도더이상안전지 대가아닌것으로나타났다. 대한피부과학회는피부건강의날 (5월 13일 ) 을맞아건강보험심사평가원의최근 5년간전체피부암실태를분석결과, 악성흑색종을포함한피부 암환자가 2009 년 1 만 980 명에서 2013 년 1 만 5,826명으로 44.1% 나늘어한해평균 9.6% 나증가했다고밝혔다. 신규피부암발병건수는 2010년 6,739건에서 2013년 7,677건으로 4년간 938건 (13.9%) 이늘어연평균 3% 씩증가했다. 2013년악성흑색종의조발생률 ( 인구 10만명당환자수 ) 은 3.0건이었고, 기타피부암의조발생률은 12.0 건이었다. 특히 2013년악성흑색종의조발생률은 7.4명, 악성흑색종을제외한기타피부암 ( 편평상피세포암, 기저세포암등 ) 의조발생률은 23.6명으로나타났다. 특히피부암중악성도가높은악성흑색종도꾸준히늘어 2009 년 2,819명에서 2013년 3,761명으로 33.4% 증가했다. 윤정숙화순전남대병원피부과교수는 인구고령화와자외선노출빈도가높아지면서국내에서도피 부암환자가늘고있다 며 초기에피부과전문의의정확한진단을받아치료하는것이중요하다 고했다.

PPD: Measurement of UVA protection Persistent pigment darkening (PPD) The persistent pigment darkening (PPD) method is a method of measuring UVA protection, similar to the SPF method of measuring UVB light protection. Originally developed in Japan, it is the preferred method used by manufacturers such as L'Oréal.
