Korea HP Global Employment Screening Process Overview Review this document in its entirety. Access your First Advantage (formerly known as LexisNexis) profile via the URL provided in the email you received from HP Human Resources and follow the prompts to provide your consent for First Advantage to initiate the screening. Carefully review your screening profile, making edits as needed and providing any missing information as noted in each section of the application. If additional documents are needed, you will be prompted to upload them. You may click the Save button and Logout to quit and return at a later time. Please note that any information you had provided at the time of your application via HP.com, or was entered on your behalf by HP, has been transferred to your First Advantage screening profile. After verifying that all required fields have been completed accurately, submit your application. You may print and will receive an electronic copy of the submitted information after completion. Please note that the information you enter into the system cannot be modified once submitted. First Advantage will begin processing your screening once it has received all required information and your consent. If additional information is required, you will be contacted by First Advantage or an HP representative. Please respond to any such inquiries in a timely manner so as to avoid delays in processing your employment screening. Required Information to be submitted to First Advantage In addition to basic information about you (e.g., name, contact information, etc.), additional documentation will be required by First Advantage to process your screening. CONSENT: Please note that consent will be captured online via the First Advantage online profile creation process. Depending on your country, you may also be required to provide additional consent by providing a physical (or wet) signature. Additional instructions will be provided, if applicable for your country, as noted above. ADDRESS HISTORY: You will be instructed in your First Advantage online screening profile regarding the number of years of address history you will need to provide, including dates at each residence. For Executive-level roles (e.g., Director, VP, General Manager, SVP, EVP): Past 7 years For all other HP roles: Past 5 years Note: Address history is NOT required for countries in which Criminal Checks are not legally permitted NATIONAL ID: Government issued-identification number (e.g., Passport, National ID, Social Security Number, Driver s License). You will be prompted to upload a copy of the document in your First Advantage online screening profile.
