Course Description ( 개요 ) This course examines some of the basic questions associated with how people have and do interpret reality. It also explores the value systems persons and societies tend to adopt based on their answers to those questions. Particular focus will be given to understanding modern and postmodern thought and how the differing world views of each informs Christian ministry. 이과목은사람들이 1

Course Objectives ( 목표 ) By the end of this course, the student is expected to: A) understand issues and biblical understanding of missions and worldview as Christian Leaders B)Understand basic concept and function of historical and modern worldview. C) describe and research the student s field with cultural and worldview related contexts and write a report. D) develop eyes to view context with cultural and worldview perspective and write and act on missiological implications. E) develop cross-cultural competences as Christian Leaders in multi-ethnic society. 학기말에 : (1) 선교와세계관의성경적쟁점들을이해하게된다. (2) 세계관의역사적변천과현대세계관을이해하게된다. (3) 현재속해있는상황속에서세계관과문화적차이로인한이슈를배우게된다. Course Expectations and Activities ( 기대치와학습활동 ) 학생들은스스로지식을습득하고서로협력하여이해를돕는협력교육원리에의해교육을받을 것이다. 각과를할당받아읽고이해하고정리한것을수업시간을통해발표하고나누는형식을 2

3 통해공부하고이해한지식을공유하고추가로필요설명이필요한부분을교수가파악하여 강의하는형식으로진행될것이다. 자신의열심히공부하고묵상하고습득한지식을타인들에게 전달하고공유하는학습이될것이므로자신의게으름은자신에게손해가될뿐아니라 타인들에게손해가된다는사실을명심하여최선을다해야할것이다. Students will summarize chapters assigned to them and make class presentations to share the works that they have done. This way, students will learn to be responsible for self and other classmates to build up each other. If there are parts require further explanations, the professor will provide necessary knowledge through short lectures followed each session. So, You are expected to do your best for yourself and for other classmates. We will build each other up through classes. 모든논문은투리비안매뉴얼 8 판을기준으로타이프쳐서제출해야한다. All papers must be typewritten, 1.5 spaced, Times New Roman, Arial, Georgia, or Garamond 12pt font and conform to Kate L. Turabian A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations. 8th edition. Written assignments will be due at the beginning of the assigned class period. Late assignments are unacceptable without official excuse. Each student is expected to maintain a standard of unimpeachable honor in all academic work associated with this course.
