Head and neck is the most common site of the embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. We experienced four cases of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, each case originating from temporalis muscle, nasal cavity, parapharynx and nasopharynx. The median age of four patients was 12.5 years old range, 325 years, and the male and female ratio was 22. Two patients were treated with operation and postoperative chemotherapy and irradiation. One patient was treated with induction chemotherapy before operation, and then received postoperative chemotherapy and irradiation. The remaining one patient was incidentally confirmed by excisional biopsy and treated with chemotherapy and irradiation. The median follow-up period was 24 months range, 656 months. Three patients recovered completely with no further evidence of disease. One patient showed breast metastasis after 3 months later. 5 cm 크기의 종물이 관찰되었 후 3개월에 양측 유방에 다발성 종물이 만져져 시행한 조직 고 골막의 침범이나 뇌 및 주변 조직으로의 전이는 관찰되 검사상 전이성 횡문근육종 소견을 보여 이후 보존적 항암약 지 않았다.

2 하승룡 외 고 뇌경막과 유착을 보이고 있었다. 종물은 안와와 함께 제 원으로 전원하였고 이후 추적 검사가 이루어지지 않았다. 거되었으며 사상판 부위의 유착된 뇌경막도 같이 제거하고 측두근막으로 결손 부위를 재건하였다. 술후 특별한 합병 증 례 2 증은 없었으며 수술 20일후에 인공 유산을 시행하고 항암 14세 여자 환자로 내원 2개월전 발견된 우측 측두부 종 약물요법과 5060 cgy의 방사선치료를 병행하였다. VAC 물을 주소로 내원하였다. 이 종물은 2개월사이에 크기가 6 (vincristine, actinomycin D, cyclophosphamide) 1주 사 cm 정도로 증가하였으며 통증은 없었으나 약간의 압통을 용후 CyAD1C(cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, D1C)로 동반하였고 불규칙한 변연부를 가지고 있었으며 고정되어 바꿔 4주 시행하였으나 백혈구 및 혈소판 저하 등의 합병증 있는 상태였다. 자기공명영상(Fig. 3) 소견상 우측 측두부 이 심하고 환자가 거부하여 방사선치료만을 지속하였다. 술 에 불규칙하게 조영되는 5.5 cm 크기의 종물이 관찰되었 후 3개월에 양측 유방에 다발성 종물이 만져져 시행한 조직 고 골막의 침범이나 뇌 및 주변 조직으로의 전이는 관찰되 검사상 전이성 횡문근육종 소견을 보여 이후 보존적 항암약 지 않았다. 생검절제술 결과 배상형 횡문근육종으로 확진 물요법(CDDP+Ifosfamide 1주, High dose methotrexate 되었으며(Fig. 4) 골격계 핵의학 영상 및 간초음파 검사, 골 1주)을 시행하였다. 술후 6개월에 환자가 원하여 연고지 병 수 생검, 전신전산화 단층촬영 소견상 특별한 전이 소견은 보 Fig. 1. 횡문근육종 이지 않았다. 우측 측두부의 배상형 횡문근육종 진단하에 종 종물은 4~5 cm 정도로 비교적 단단한 편이었으며 압통은 물 전적출술과 이하선 전적출술을 시행하였다. 술후 안면신 호소하지 않았다.
