SUMMARY Porcine reproductive and respiratory disease(prrs) is an economicay important disease around the gobe. It is we estabished that PRRS is caused by an enveoped, singe-stranded positive-sense RNA virus known as procine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(prrsv). GP5 and GP6 is the major enveope poypeptide of PRRSV, and it is associated with the deveopment of neutraizing antibodies and protection the GP5 and GP6 protein. In this study, a heteroogous PRRS gycoprotein 5(GP5) and used as a ive vaccine vehice. To study the effect of BBS-GP5. we estabished a antigen-specifec antibody(igg & IgA) inductivity induced by BBS-GP5 using mouse and pig. Mice were primed with recombinant GP5(rGP5) foowed by boosting with ive BBS-GP5 via the subcutaneous and intranasa route. Pig experiment is the same that. As a resut, anti-gp5 IgG was significanty induced. our data is beieved to be a good candidate for the deveopment of a ive-attenuated vaccine against PRRSV infections. furthermore antigen-specificity and sensitivity is more usefu than other kit. - 6 -
