2012 한국국제교류재단 체한연구펠로십 지원신청서 작성안내 (개인 신청용) Application Guidelines for 2012 Program Korea Foundation Fellowship for Field Research (Individual Applicants) 1. 신청서 작성시 재단 홈페이지(http://www.kf.or.kr)나 연구장학사업 안내책자의 체한연구펠로십 신청 자격 및 조건을 반드시 읽으시기 바랍니다. 기준에 미달되는 신청서는 심의에서 제외될 수 있습니다. Before completing the application form, please read the Eligibility Requirements for the Fellowship for Field Research Program on the Korea Foundation web site (www.kf.or.kr) or the Fellowship Program brochure. Applications that do not satisfy the program requirements will be excluded from the screening process. 2. 모든 서류는 영어 또는 한국어로 제출해야 합니다. 영어 또는 한국어로 되어 있지 않은 서류는 작성자 및 발행기관의 확인 서명이 들어간 영어 또는 한국어 번역본을 첨부해야 합니다. 신청서 양식은 타이핑하거나 정자체로 본인이 직접 기재하고, 기타 서류는 워드프로세서로 작성하여 주십시오. Applications must be prepared in either English or Korean. If not, a certified translation of the document is required in English or Korean. The application form must be typed or printed clearly by the applicant, while supplemental materials should be typed. 3. 신청시 제출서류(Required application documents): 1) 신청서 양식 - 재단 소정양식 Application Form downloadable from Korea Foundation web site 2) 이력서 Curriculum Vitae 학력 (학위수여분야, 학위논문 제목 및 수여년도 포함), 경력, 지원금 수혜경력, 연구출판 및 연구발표 실적을 포함하여 작성하여 주십시오. Please include information of academic degrees, disciplines, titles of theses/dissertations, dates of degrees received, records of employment and current position, previous grants and fellowships, and lists of publications and research presentations to date. 3) 연구계획서 Research Proposal 아래 사항을 포함하여 최소 5매 분량으로 작성하여 주시기 바랍니다.
