Mereka meminta kepada Ezra, ahli kitab itu, supaya ia membawa kitab Taurat Musa, yakni kitab hukum yang diberikan TUHAN kepada Israel. 2 Lalu pada hari pertama bulan yang ketujuh itu imam Ezra membawa kitab Taurat itu ke hadapan jemaah, yakni baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dan setiap orang yang dapat mendengar dan mengerti. 3 Ia membacakan beberapa bagian dari pada kitab itu di halaman di depan pintu gerbang Air dari pagi sampai tengah hari di hadapan laki-laki dan
perempuan dan semua orang yang dapat mengerti. Dengan penuh perhatian seluruh umat mendengarkan pembacaan kitab Taurat itu. 5 Ezra membuka kitab itu di depan mata seluruh umat, karena ia berdiri lebih tinggi dari semua orang itu. Pada waktu ia membuka kitab itu semua orang bangkit berdiri. 6 Lalu Ezra memuji TUHAN, Allah yang maha besar, dan semua orang menyambut dengan: "Amin, amin!", sambil mengangkat tangan. Kemudian mereka berlutut dan sujud menyembah kepada TUHAN dengan muka sampai ke tanah. 9 Lalu Nehemia, yakni kepala daerah itu, dan imam Ezra, ahli kitab itu, dan orang-orang Lewi yang mengajar orang-orang itu, berkata kepada mereka semuanya: "Hari ini adalah kudus bagi TUHAN Allahmu. Jangan kamu berdukacita dan menangis!", karena semua orang itu menangis ketika mendengar kalimat-kalimat Taurat itu. 10 Lalu berkatalah ia kepada mereka: "Pergilah kamu, makanlah sedapsedapan dan minumlah minuman manis dan kirimlah sebagian kepada mereka yang tidak sedia apa-apa, karena hari ini adalah kudus bagi Tuhan kita! Jangan kamu bersusah hati, sebab sukacita karena TUHAN itulah perlindunganmu!" 11 Juga orang-orang Lewi menyuruh semua orang itu supaya diam dengan kata-kata: "Tenanglah! Hari ini adalah kudus. Jangan kamu bersusah hati!" 12 Maka pergilah semua orang itu untuk makan dan minum, untuk membagibagi makanan dan berpesta ria, karena mereka mengerti segala firman yang diberitahukan kepada mereka. 13 Pada hari yang kedua kepala-kepala kaum keluarga seluruh bangsa, juga para imam dan orang-orang Lewi berkumpul pada Ezra, ahli hukum Taurat itu, untuk menelaah kalimat-kalimat Taurat itu. 14 Maka didapatinya tertulis dalam hukum yang diberikan TUHAN dengan perantaraan Musa, bahwa orang Israel harus tinggal dalam pondok-pondok pada hari raya bulan yang ketujuh, 16 Maka pergilah orang mengambil daun-daun itu, lalu membuat pondokpondok, masing-masing di atas atap rumahnya, di pekarangan mereka, juga di pelataran-pelataran rumah Allah, di lapangan pintu gerbang Air dan di lapangan pintu gerbang Efraim. 17 Seluruh jemaah yang pulang dari pembuangan itu membuat pondokpondok dan tinggal di situ. Memang sejak zaman Yosua bin Nun sampai hari itu orang Israel tidak pernah berbuat demikian. Maka diadakanlah pesta ria yang amat besar. 18 Bagian-bagian kitab Taurat Allah itu dibacakan tiap hari, dari hari pertama sampai hari terakhir. Tujuh hari lamanya mereka merayakan hari raya itu dan pada hari yang kedelapan ada pertemuan raya sesuai dengan peraturan.
Korean 1 이스라엘자손이그본성에거하였더니칠월에이르러는모든백성이일제히수문앞광장에모여학사에스라에게여호와께서이스라엘에게명하신모세의율법책을가지고오기를청하매 2 칠월일일에제사장에스라가율법책을가지고남자여자무릇알아들을만한회중앞에이르러 3 " 수문앞광장에서새벽부터오정까지남자, 여자무릇알아들을만한자의앞에서읽으매뭇백성이그율법책에귀를기울였는데 " 5 학사에스라가모든백성위에서서저희목전에책을펴니책을펼때에모든백성이일어서니라 6 에스라가광대하신하나님여호와를송축하매모든백성이손을들고아멘아멘응답하고몸을굽혀얼굴을땅에대고여호와께경배하였느니라 7 예수아와바니와세레뱌와야민과악굽과사브대와호디야와마아세야와그리다와아사랴와요사밧과하난과블라야와레위사람들이다그처소에섰는백성에게율법을깨닫게하는데 9 백성이율법의말씀을듣고다우는지라총독느헤미야와제사장겸학사에스라와백성을가르치는레위사람들이모든백성에게이르기를오늘은너희하나님여호와의성일이니슬퍼하지말며울지말라하고 10 느헤미야가또이르기를너희는가서살진것을먹고단것을마시되예비치못한자에게는너희가나누어주라이날은우리주의성일이니근심하지말라여호와를기뻐하는것이너희의힘이니라하고 11 레위사람들도모든백성을정숙케하여이르기를오늘은성일이니마땅히종용하고근심하지말라하매 12 모든백성이곧가서먹고마시며나누어주고크게즐거워하였으니이는그읽어들린말을밝히앎이니라 13 그이튿날뭇백성의족장들과제사장들과레위사람들이율법의말씀을밝히알고자하여학사에스라의곳에모여서 14 율법책을본즉여호와께서모세로명하시기를이스라엘자손은칠월절기에초막에거할지니라하였고 16 백성이이에나가서나무가지를취하여혹은지붕위에혹은뜰안에혹은하나님의전뜰에혹은수문광장에혹은에브라임문광장에초막을짓되 17 사로잡혔다가돌아온회무리가다초막을짓고그안에거하니눈의아들여호수아때로부터그날까지이스라엘자손이이같이행함이없었으므로이에크게즐거워하며 18 에스라는첫날부터끝날까지날마다하나님의율법책을낭독하고무리가칠일동안절기를지키고제팔일에규례를따라성회를열었느니라 English
1 All the people gathered together into the square before the Water Gate. They told the scribe Ezra to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the Lord had given to Israel. 2 Accordingly, the priest Ezra brought the law before the assembly, both men and women and all who could hear with understanding. This was on the first day of the seventh month. 3 He read from it facing the square before the Water Gate from early morning until midday, in the presence of the men and the women and those who could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive to the book of the law. 5 And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people, for he was standing above all the people; and when he opened it, all the people stood up. 6 Then Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God, and all the people answered, Amen, Amen, lifting up their hands. Then they bowed their heads and worshipped the Lord with their faces to the ground. 7 Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, the Levites, helped the people to understand the law, while the people remained in their places. 9 And Nehemiah, who was the governor, and Ezra the priest and scribe, and the Levites who taught the people said to all the people, This day is holy to the Lord your God; do not mourn or weep. For all the people wept when they heard the words of the law. 10 Then he said to them, Go your way, eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions of them to those for whom nothing is prepared, for this day is holy to our Lord; and do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. 11 So the Levites stilled all the people, saying, Be quiet, for this day is holy; do not be grieved. 12 And all the people went their way to eat and drink and to send portions and to make great rejoicing, because they had understood the words that were declared to them. 13 On the second day the heads of ancestral houses of all the people, with the priests and the Levites, came together to the scribe Ezra in order to study the words of the law. 14 And they found it written in the law, which the Lord had commanded by Moses, that the people of Israel should live in booths during the festival of the seventh month, 16 So the people went out and brought them, and made booths for themselves, each on the roofs of their houses, and in their courts and in the courts of the house of God, and in the square at the Water Gate and in the square at the Gate of Ephraim. 17 And all the assembly of those who had returned from the captivity made booths and lived in them; for from the days of Jeshua son of Nun to that day the people of Israel had not done so. And there was very great rejoicing. 18 And day by day, from the first day to the last day, he read from the book of the law of God. They kept the festival for seven days; and on the eighth day there was a solemn assembly, according to the ordinance.
Matthew 4: 1-11 Traditional Chinese 1 时 稣 旷 试 2 饿 3 试 进 对 说 这 头变 4 稣 说 经 记 说 单 话 5 带 进 顶 顶 6 对 说 为经 记 说 为 头 7 稣对 说 经 记 说 试 8 带 华 给 9 对 说 这 赐给 10 稣说 挡 为经 记 说 单 11 稣 Indonesian 1 Maka Yesus dibawa oleh Roh ke padang gurun untuk dicobai Iblis. 2 Dan setelah berpuasa empat puluh hari dan empat puluh malam, akhirnya laparlah Yesus. 3 Lalu datanglah si pencoba itu dan berkata kepada-nya: "Jika Engkau Anak Allah, perintahkanlah supaya batu-batu ini menjadi roti." 4 Tetapi Yesus menjawab: "Ada tertulis: Manusia hidup bukan dari roti saja, tetapi dari setiap firman yang keluar dari mulut Allah." 5 Kemudian Iblis membawa-nya ke Kota Suci dan menempatkan Dia di bubungan Bait Allah, 6 lalu berkata kepada-nya: "Jika Engkau Anak Allah, jatuhkanlah diri-mu ke bawah, sebab ada tertulis: Mengenai Engkau Ia akan memerintahkan malaikat-malaikat-nya dan mereka akan menatang Engkau di atas tangannya, supaya kaki-mu jangan terantuk kepada batu." 7 Yesus berkata kepadanya: "Ada pula tertulis: Janganlah engkau mencobai Tuhan, Allahmu!"
8 Dan Iblis membawa-nya pula ke atas gunung yang sangat tinggi dan memperlihatkan kepada-nya semua kerajaan dunia dengan kemegahannya, 9 dan berkata kepada-nya: "Semua itu akan kuberikan kepada-mu, jika Engkau sujud menyembah aku." 10 Maka berkatalah Yesus kepadanya: "Enyahlah, Iblis! Sebab ada tertulis: Engkau harus menyembah Tuhan, Allahmu, dan hanya kepada Dia sajalah engkau berbakti!" 11 Lalu Iblis meninggalkan Dia, dan lihatlah, malaikat-malaikat datang melayani Yesus. He will command his angels concerning you, and On their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not dash your foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said to him, Again it is written, Do not put the Lord your God to the test. 8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendour; 9 and he said to him, All these I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me. 10 Jesus said to him, Away with you, Satan! for it is written, Worship the Lord your God, and serve only him. 11 Then the devil left him, and suddenly angels came and waited on him. you also are built together spiritually into a dwelling-place for God.
