2 PROJECT INTRODUCTION Objective Training of experts specialized in Asian region who will be able to analyze and manage the regional, transnational and global risk in the inter-university cooperative framework of Fudan University(China)-Kobe University(Japan)- Korea University(Korea) Specific Targets 1. Educating advanced knowledge and skill in risk management in English as well as in partners languages 2. Fostering international professionals specialized in China, Japan, and Korea regions 3. Enhancing multidisciplinary background and expertise in the field of risk management and international cooperation

3 NECESSITY FOR CHINA-JAPAN-KOREA COOPERATION urecent Cross-bordering issues in Asia u Consideration of the situation in which risk unfolds regionally beyond one nation in the context of globalization u Necessity for a cooperation in East Asia at the transnational level and for training of experts on risk analysis/management ufor a durable risk management project to the entire Asian region
