14 Shared Services Shared Service 란기업의여러사업조직 (Business unit) 에각각존재하던경영지원부문 인사, 재무, 정보시스템, 노무관리등 과비전략적활동의일부를하나로통합하여별도의핵심비즈니스조직으로운영하는기업전략을말한다. 즉사업조직은전략적활동에만집중하고, 지원부문이나비전략적활동은별도의서비스조직 (SSC: Shared Service Center) 에맡기는것이다. 외부의서비스제공자가아닌, 기업내부의다른조직에게아웃소싱하는것이라하여인소싱 (Internal + Outsourcing = Insourcing) 이라고부르기도한다. 18 Shared Services 의특성 Shared Service 는특정고객에게특정서비스를제공하는 Business Unit 으로서독자적인 Vision 과 Goal 을가지며, 이에따른보상시스템을갖는특성이있음. Business Unit Cost Center 개념의간접부서가아니라 Internal Outsourcing 개념의사업단위임. 독자적인 Vision/Goal 을가지며, 이에따른보상시스템을가춤.
