2012 년베네수엘라네트워크준비지수 (NRI: Networked Readiness Index) [ 본자료는세계경제포럼 (WEF: World Economic Forum) 이 INSEAD 경영대학원과제휴하여작성한 The Global Information Technology Report 2012 를기초로작성되었음. 본자료를이해하는데오류를피하기위해각평가지수및변수의명칭은원문을그대로사용함 ] 1. 개관 ㅇ세계경제포럼은 2002 년부터 INSEAD 경영대학원과제휴하여네트워크준비 지수 (NRI: Networked Readiness Index) 를개발하여각국가의정보통신부문 발전상황을모니터링하고분석하여발표하고있음 ㅇ 2012 년베네수엘라의네트워크준비지수는 7 점만점기준 3.3 점으로 분석대상국가 142 개국중 107 위에기록됨 2. 네트워크준비지수의구성 ㅇ동지수는각국가의정보통신발전을추진하는요소의현황과그영향을평가할수있도록구성되어있음. 우선네트워크준비지수는환경 (Environment Subindex), 준비성 (Readiness Subindex), 사용정도 (Usage Subindex), 영향 (Impact Subindex) 등 4 개의하부지수 (Subindex) 로나뉘어지고이들하부지수는각각 2~3 개의범주 (Pillar) 로구성됨. 범주에는정치및규제환경 (Political and Regulatory Environment), 기업및혁신환경 (Business and Innovation Environment), 인프라및디지털컨텐츠 (Infrastructure and Digital Content), 사용여건 (Affordability), 사용능력 (Skills), 개인사용수준 (Individual Usage), 기업사용수준 (Business Usage), 정부사용수준 (Government Usage), 경제에대한영향 (Economic Impacts), 사회에대한영향 (Social Impacts) 등총 10 개가있음.
