When measuring touch and step voltage of grounding system, auxiliary current probes should be located at suitable places. However, the auxiliary probes can not be located at suitable places in such cases as there are buildings and pavements. Therefore, in this paper, we provided measurement error reduction technique of touch and step voltage of grounding system according to the positions of auxiliary probes and angle between auxiliary probes. Also, measurement error analyses of touch and step voltage of grounding system have been conducted using more than one current probe. Based on these analyses, recommended positions of auxiliary probes within allowable measurement errors were presented. Key Words : Step voltage, Touch voltage, Measurement error reduction technique, Grounding system 1. 서론 위한측정방법을제시하고자한다. 인체감전사고의예방을위해서는접지시스템의접지저항을허용값이내유지하여야하며, 지락사고가발생하였을때접지시스템의접촉전압및보폭전압을제한하도록설계하여야한다 [1, 2]. 특히신재생에너지보급의증가및직류부하증가로인하여가까운장래에활발한보급이예상되는직류배전시스템도전기안전성평가요소중의중요요소로접촉전압의제한을두고있다 [3]. 이러한접촉전압및보폭전압을고려하여설계한접지시스템을실측에의하여평가할때, 이상적으로는전류보조전극을충분히먼거리에위치시켜야하나, 실제전류보조전극은도심지의건물의밀집등으로인하여현장여건상충분한이격이어렵다 [4]. 본논문에서는접지시스템의접촉전압및보폭전압측정시전류보조전극의거리및전류보조전극과전위보조전극사이의각도에따른측정오차를분석하고허용오차를감소시킬수있는배치방법을제시하고자한다. 또한, 다전극을이용한접촉전압및보폭전압측정방법은전위보조전극의측정위치에관계없이측정오차감소에효율적인방법으로알려져있는데 [4-6], 이방법을적용하여측정오차를분석하고측정오차감소및이격거리감소를 Corresponding Author : Electrical Safety Research Institute, a subsidiary of KESCO, Korea kdwtk98@naver.com * Electrical Safety Research Institute, a subsidiary of KESCO, Korea Received : December 08, 2014; Accepted : December 15, 접지시스템의접촉전압및보폭전압측정오차분석방법 2.1 접촉전압측정오차분석 그림 1에나타낸바와같이측정대상접지전극이반경 r의반구형전극이고, 접지전극으로흐르는고장전류가 I, 대지저항률이 ρ인균일대지인경우접촉전압의참값 Vt 는다음과같다 ( 여기서, 접지전극에서전류보조전극까지의거리 D=, 반구형전극의전위 : V E, P지점의전위 : V P 임 )[4-7]. Vt = V E - V P = ρi r x -ρi r x I = ( r r ) (1) 그러나, 실제전류보조전극의거리는유한하기때문에, 이경우접촉전압을 Vt' 로두고, P지점에서 C지점까지의거리를 Z로두면, 다음수식을유도할수있다. V s V s Vs = P(P+1)( Z Z ) 100[%] (6) V t V t Vt =r(r+1)( Z D ) 100[%] (3) 그림 1 접촉전압측정을위한보조전극배치조건 Fig. 1 Placement condition of auxiliary probes for measuring touch voltage 그림 2 보폭전압측정을위한보조전극배치조건 Fig. 2 Placement condition of auxiliary probes for measuring step voltage 2.2 보폭전압측정오차분석 보폭전압의분석방법을위해그림 2에나타낸바와같이측정대상접지전극이반경 r의반구형전극이고, 보폭전압의측정지점이반구형전극의중심에서전류보조전극과 θ의각도의직선상에위치한경우를가정하였다. 나머지조건은접촉전압이론분석과동일한조건으로설정하였다 ( 접지전극으로흐르는고장전류 : I, 대지저항률 : ρ인균일대지 ). 여기서, 보폭전압의참값 Vs는다음과같이유도할수있다 ( 여기서, 접지전극에서전류보조전극까지의거리 D=, 반구형전극의전위 : V E, P 1 지점의전위 : V P1,P 2 지점의전위 : V P2 임 ) Vs = ρi P x -ρi P x I = ( P P ) (4) 그러나, 실제전류보조전극의거리는유한하기때문에, 이경우 P 1 지점과 P 2 지점사이의보폭전압을 Vs' 로두고, P 1 지점에서 C 지점까지의거리를 Z 1, P 2 지점에서 C지점까지의거리를 Z 2 로두면, 다음수식을유도할수있다. Z Vs' = V P1' - V P2' = ρi P x I = ( P Z Z P 단, 여기서 Z 1 = D P DPcos, Z - ρi P x ) (5) 3. 접촉전압및보폭전압측정오차분석및오차감소기법앞에서제시된접촉전압및보폭전압의측정오차분석의이론적수식 ( 식 (1) (6)) 을바탕으로전류보조전극의이격거리및보조전극간각도에따른접촉전압및보폭전압의측정오차특성에대한시뮬레이션결과를바탕으로오차감소방안을제시하였다. 또한, 다전극을사용한측정방법을제시하여보다축소된전류이격거리에서도허용오차이내로접촉전압및보폭전압측정이가능함을보이고그결과를제시하고자한다. 3.1 전류보조전극이격거리및보조전극간각도변화에따른오차특성분석 (1) 접촉전압측정오차특성분석그림 3은그림 1의접촉전압측정을위한배치조건에서반구형전극의반경이 20[m] 이고, 지락전류가 1000[A], 대지저항률이 300[Ωm] 인경우, 접지전극에서전류보조전극간의거리 D를접지전극의규모 ( 반구형전극의직경 : 2r) 의 2배 7배 (80[m] 280[m]) 를이격하였을때, 접촉전압의측정값 (V t2', V t3', V t4', V t5', V t6', V t7') 과접촉전압의참값 (Vt) 을나타낸그래프이다. 여기서, V t2', V t3', V t4', V t5', V t6', V t7' 는 D가각각 2배 (80[m]), 3배 (120[m]), 4배 (160[m]), 5배 (200[m]), 6배 (240[m]), 7배 (280[m]) 일때접촉전압을나타낸다. 그림 3에나타낸바와같이접촉전압의참값 (V t) 은 [V] 이며, 접촉전압은이격거리 D에따라약간의차이는있으나보조전극사이의각도가약 84[ ] 88[ ] 를기준으로오차가최소화되며, 이각도를기준으로이각도보다작을때는접촉전압이참값에비해크게측정되며, 이각도보다클때는접촉전압이참값에비해작게측정된다. 또한접지전극에서전류보조전극까지의 접지시스템의접촉전압및보폭전압측정오차감소기법에관한연구 189

5 전기학회논문지 64 권 1 호 2015 년 1 월 이러한측정방법이외에도 2개이상의전류보조전극을접지전극을중심으로균등한각도로배치하여오차를감소시키는방법등이제시되어왔다 [4-6]. 본연구에서는다전극법을이용하여, 접촉전압및보폭전압의오차특성을분석하여허용오차범위이내의보조전극배치방법을제시하고자한다. 모의실험을위한조건은접촉전압의경우는그림 1, 보폭전압의경우는그림 2에서언급한조건과동일하나, 다만접지전극의중심에서전류보조전 극을 의등간격의각도로배치하여측정된접전류보조전극의수 촉전압또는보폭전압값의평균값을구하여산출하는점이상이하다. Vol. 64, No. 1, JAN, 2015 전류보조전극의수가증가할수록각도변화에따른접촉전압및오차의변동폭이줄어듬을확인할수있다. 또한접지전극에서전류보조전극까지의거리 (D) 가커질수록접촉전압의측정오차도감소함을그래프에서확인할수있었다. 표 1에나타낸바와같이 D를접지전극규모의 3배이격하였을때 1전극법의오차는최대 74.24[%] 가발생하였으나, 2전극법은최대 11.06[%], 3전극법은최대 3.92[%], 4전극법은최대 2.91[%] 가발생하였다. 허용오차를 5[%] 범위내에서측정하기위해서는 D가접지지전극규모의 3배일경우 3전극이상을사용하여측정하여야하며, D가접지전극규모의 4배이상일경우 2전극이상의다전극법을사용하여측정하여야한다. 표 1 전류보조전극의개수및이격거리에따른접촉전압의최대오차율 Table 1 Maximum measurement error rate of touch voltage according to the current probe number and the distance to the current probe (a) 전류보조전극까지의거리가접지전극규모의 2배인경우 (80[m]) (a) In case the distance to current probe is 2 times of extent of grounding system(80[m]) 접촉전압의최대상대오차율 [%] D( 이격거리 ) 다전극법 1전극법 2전극법 3전극법 4전극법 2배 (80[m]) 배 (120[m]) 배 (160[m]) 배 (200[m]) 배 (240[m]) 배 (280[m]) (2) 보폭전압측정오차특성분석및감소기법그림 8은그림 2의보폭전압측정을위한배치조건에서반구형전극의반경이 20[m] 이고, 지락전류가 1000[A], 대지저항률이 300[Ωm] 인경우, 접지전극에서전류보조전극간의거리 D를접지전극의규모 ( 반구형전극의직경 : 2r) 의 2배 7배 (80[m] 280[m]) 를이격하였을때, 그림 2의 P 1 과 P 2 가각각 21[m] 와 22[m] 지점에서의보폭전압의측정값 (V s', V s_avg2, V s_avg3, V s_avg4) 과보폭전압의참값 (V s) 을나타낸그래프이다. 여기서, V s', V s_avg2, V s_avg3, V s_avg4 는각각전류보조전극을 1개, 2개, 3개, 4개사용하였을때보폭전압을나타낸다. 그림 8에나타낸바와같이보폭전압의참값 (V s) 은 [V] 이며, 접촉전압의경우와마찬가지로전류보조전극의수가증가할수록각도변화에따른보폭전압및오차의변동폭이줄어듬을확인할수있다. 또한접지전극에서전류보조전극까지의거리 (D) 가커질수록보폭전압의측정오차도감소함을그래프에서확인할수있었다. 표 2에나타낸바와같이 D를접지전극규모의 3배이격하였을때 1전극법의오차는최대 4.76[%] 가발생하였으나, 2 전극법은최대 1.23[%], 3전극법은최대 0.50[%], 4전극법은최대 0.34[%] 가발생하였다. 허용오차를 5[%] 범위내에서측정하기위해서는 D가접지지전극규모의 3배이상이격하여측정하여야하며, D가접지전극규모의 2배일경우 2전극이상의다전극법을사용하여측정하여야한다. (1) 접촉전압 ( 보폭전압 ) 의오차를최소화하기위해서는보조전극간의각도를약 84[ ] 88[ ](75[ ] 85[ ]) 근처로유지시키면서전류보조전극의거리를충분히이격시키는것이오차를최소화하는방법이다. (2) 접지시스템의접촉전압또는보폭전압측정시사용되는다전극법은 2개이상의전류보조전극을접지전극을중심으로등간격의각도로배치하여측정된접촉전압또는보폭전압값의평균값을구하여산출한다. (3) 접지시스템의접촉전압측정시 2개이상의전류보조전극을사용하는다전극법과 1개의전류보조전극을사용하는 1전극법을비교한결과접지전극에서전류보조전극까지의거리 (D) 를접지전극규모의 3배이격하였을때 1전극법의오차는최대 74.24[%] 가발생하였으나, 2전극법은최대 11.06[%], 3전극법은최대 3.92[%], 4전극법은최대 2.91[%] 가발생하였다. 허용오차를 5[%] 범위내에서측정하기위해서는 D가접지지전극규모의 3배일경우 3전극이상을사용하여측정하여야하며, D가접지전극규모의 4배이상일경우 2전극이상의다전극법을사용하여측정하여야한다. (4) 접지시스템의보폭전압측정시다전극법과 1전극법을비교한결과 D를접지전극규모의 3배이격하였을때 1전극법의오차는최대 4.76[%] 가발생하였으나, 2전극법은최대 1.23[%], 3전극법은최대 0.50[%], 4전극법은최대 0.34[%] 가발생하였다. 허용오차를 5[%] 범위내에서측정하기위해서는 D가접지지전극규모의 3배이상이격하여측정하여야하며, D가접지전극규모의 2배일경우 2전극이상의다전극법을사용하여측정하여야한다. 194
