26 있는 주요 기법으로 심근의 tagging을 이용한 문에 심실 구출률에 비해 심근 자체의 기능을 strain의 측정은 재현성과 정확도가 매우 높은 측정하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있는 것으로 알려 것으로 알려져 있다(그림 3).
