부록 Appendix 1. 주요용어설명 Glossary 1. 1차에너지소비 (Primary Energy Consumption) : 국내생산, 순수입및재고증감을포함한 1차에너지공급량과동일한개념으로최종에너지소비와전환손실의합과같음. 2. 최종에너지소비 (Final Energy Consumption) : 최종소비자에게공급한에너지량으로 1차에너지소비에서전환손실과에너지산업의자체소비를차감한양임. 3. 재고증감 (Stock Change) : 생산자, 수입자및에너지전환산업체의재고의증감을나타내며, 최종소비자의재고는제외. 4. 전환부문 (Transformation Sector) : 에너지의 1차적형태에서 2차이상의변형된에너지로전환하는부문이며, 그예로석탄. 석유를전력으로, 석유제품을도시가스로전환하는활동이이에해당. 5. 연료유 (Fuel Oil) : 휘발유, 등유, 경유, 방카유, 제트유를포함. 6. 비연료유 (Non-Fuel Oil) : 납사, 용제, 아스팔트를포함. 7. 중유 (Residual Fuel Oil) : 중질연료유로중유 ( 방카유 ) 가이에해당. 8. LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) : 액화석유가스로정제공정및원유안정화공정에서생산한파라핀계의탄화수소물로, 주성분은프로판, 부탄또는이들두가지의혼합물로구성. 11. 에너지수입의존도 (Dependence of Energy on Overseas) : 일반적으로에너지수입의존도는 1차에너지공급량에서순수입에너지의비중을의미하나, 국내수입의존도는 1차에너지소비중에서차지하는수입에너지의비중을의미함. 12. 에너지원단위 (Energy Intensity) : 단위생산에필요한에너지투입량으로원 ( 달러 ) 당칼로리 (Kcal / 원, $) 로표시. 13. 에너지탄력성 (Energy Elasticity) : 경제활동수준변화에대한에너지소비변화비율의탄력도이며, 경제활동수준으로주로 GNP를이용하여에너지 /GNP 비율을사용. 14. 냉난방도일 (Heating/Cooling Degree-Days) : 일평균온도와기준온도 18도의차이를일별로누적, 일평균온도가기준온도보다높은경우냉방도일로, 낮은경우는난방도일로계산. 15. BPSD(Barrel per Stream Day) : 석유정제설비의능력을표시하는단위로서, 연간처리량을가동일수로나눈값임. 16. TOE(Ton of Oil Equivalent) : 원유 1톤이가지고있는열량으로 10 7 Kcal임. 17. FOB(Free on Board) : 본선인도가격으로수출가격기준으로주로적용함. 18. C & F(Cost and Freight) : FOB가격에수송비를포함. 19. CIF(Cost, Insurance and Freight) : C & F가격에보험료를포함하며, 주로수입가에적용함. 55
