2 수면무호흡증이란? 수면무호흡증예방과관리를위한 5 대생활수칙 수면중상기도가막혀서정상호흡에문제가발생하여, 혈중산소가떨어지는질환입니다. 수면무호흡증은심한코골이와주간졸림등의증상을 나타내며다양한심뇌혈관질환을유발합니다. 01_ 적정체중을유지합니다. 02_ 술과담배를끊습니다. 03_ 코골이, 주간졸림등이있으면수면무호흡증이아닌지의사와상담합니다. 04_ 심뇌혈관질환을예방하기위해수면무호흡증을적극적으로치료합니다. 05_ 소아의수면무호흡증은조기에치료합니다.
