(Geraniaceae) and Dianthus armeria L. (Caryophyllaceae) have been found in Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do and in Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, of South Korea, respectively. Geranium dissectum can be easily distinguished from other related Korean taxa by fruit with glandular hairs and distinctly reticulated seeds. Dianthus armeria can also be distinguished from other related Korean taxa by its cyme and pubescent calyx. We provide descriptions of the morphological characters, illustrations, photographs and a key to allied taxa. Keywords: Caryophyllaceae, Dianthus armeria, Geraniaceae, Geranium dissectum, unrecorded alien plant 적요 : 미기록외래식물인세열미국쥐손이 ( 쥐손이풀과 ) 와유럽패랭이 ( 석죽과 ) 2종을각각제주도서귀포시와경남합천에서발견했다. 세열미국쥐손이는열매에선모가있으며, 종자에뚜렷한망상무늬가있는특징으로근연종들과뚜렷하게구분된다. 유럽패랭이는꽃이취산화서로달리며, 꽃받침에털이있는특징으로근연종들과구별된다. 이에대한기재, 도해, 사진및근연분류군과의검색표를제시한다. 주요어 : 미기록외래식물, 석죽과, 쥐손이풀과, 세열미국쥐손이, 유럽패랭이 쥐손이풀과 (Geraniaceae L.) 는약 6 속 780 분류군이온대, 아열대및열대산지에넓게분포하며, 그중쥐손이풀속 (Geranium L.) 은전세계적으로약 300 분류군이상이분포한다 (Xu and Aedo, 2008; Aedo, 2012). 국내에는쥐손이풀 (G. sibiricum L.), 이질풀 (G. thunbergii Siebold ex Lindle.), 세잎쥐손이 (G. wilfordii Maxim.) 등 20 분류군내외가분포하고있다 (Park, 2007; Korea National Arboretum, 2014). 국내 *Author for correspondence: yangun@forest.go.kr Copyright 2015 the Korean Society of Plant Taxonomists 에분포하는쥐손이풀속식물중외래식물인미국쥐손이 (G. carolinianum L.) 와근연속인국화쥐손이속 (Erodium L'Hér. ex Aiton) 의세열유럽쥐손이 [E. cicutarium (L.) L'Hér.] 는귀화된것으로보고있다 (Jung, 2014). 현재국내에의도적으로도입된쥐손이풀속외래식물은약 38 분류군 (Lee et al., 2010) 으로그중로베르티아눔제라늄 (Geranium robertianum L., 일명 : 러브풍로초 ) 은서울안산도시자연공원에식재된것을확인하였으며자력으로번식및확산을통해안정된생육을보이고있다. 이렇듯쥐손이풀속식물을활용한원예활동이높아짐에따라확산에대한주의가필요하다. 272

2 Two unrecorded alien plants: Geranium dissectum L. and Dianthus armeria L. 273 석죽과 (Caryophyllaceae Juss.) 는약 86 속 2,200 분류군이주로북반구의온대및난온대지역에분포하며 (Lu et al., 2001; Hong and Choi, 2007), 국내에는 16 속 88 분류군이분포하고있다 (Korea National Arboretum, 2014). 그중패랭이꽃속 (Dianthus L.) 은북아메리카, 유라시아, 아프리카등에약 320 분류군이분포하고 (Britton and Brown, 1913; Tutin et al., 1993), 국내에는수염패랭이꽃 (D. barbatus var. asiaticus Nakai) 을포함하여약 10 분류군이분포하고있다 (Korea National Arboretum, 2014). 국내에분포하는패랭이꽃속식물중원예목적으로재배하는 ( 의도적도입 ) 외래식물들은대략 70 종이상이알려져있으나 (Lee et al., 2010) 아직까지야생으로일출 (escape) 하여야생화된식물은전무하다. 하지만끈끈이대나물 (Silene armeria L.), 산형나도별꽃 (Holosteum umbellatum L.), 유럽점나도나물 (Cerastium glomeratum Thuill.), 비누풀 (Saponaria officinalis L.) 등과같은석죽과의외래식물들처럼확산또는환경적응가능성이예상되기에관심과주의가필요하다. 본연구는새롭게발견된쥐손이풀과및석죽과미기록외래식물 2 분류군에대하여형태적특징기재와도해를수행하고, 국명을새롭게부여함과동시에, 국내에분포하는유사분류군들과의검색표를작성하여그특성을보고하고자한다. 분류군의기재 로덮여있고, 분과는털로덮여있으며, 종자는난형또는구형으로표면에망상무늬가뚜렷하다 (Figs. 1, 2). 국외분포 : 유럽원산 ; 일본, 서아시아, 중앙아시아, 북아프리카, 북 - 남아메리카관찰표본 : Islet Dae-seom, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, 14 May 2012, S.H. Fl. 25(1): Geranium tiguense Aedo & Muñoz Garm., Kew Bull. 52(3): 국명 : 세열미국쥐손이 (Se-Yeol-Mi-Guk-Jwi-Son-I; 신칭 ) 초본, 1 년생. 줄기는 cm, 직립또는비스듬히자란다. 전체가연모로덮여있으며보통기부에서많은가지가분지되어덤불을이룬다. 잎은대부분마주나지만일부근생엽은어긋나고전체적으로연모가있다. 근생엽은거의원형에가깝고, 얕게우상으로갈라진다. 경생엽은길이와너비가비슷하며길이 5 7cm 이고, 장상으로 5 7 개로갈라져서또다시우상으로깊고가늘게갈라진다. 엽병의길이는약 15 cm 이다. 탁엽은뾰족하고보통붉은빛을띤다. 꽃은 4 5 월에개화하며잎겨드랑이에서화경이나와자주색꽃이 2 개씩달린다. 화경은연모로덮여있으나가끔선모가나타나기도한다. 꽃잎은 5 장이고, 기부에선모와털이덮여있다. 꽃받침은난형이고털이있으며, 길이 5 7mm 로꽃잎과길이가비슷하거나보다길고, 끝은짧은까락처럼된다. 수술은 10 개이고, 자황색이며, 길이 7mm 이다. 암술머리는 5 개로갈라진다. 열매는선모 Fig. 1. Pl. 1: Type: s.l. unknown collector (lectotype, designated by Jonsell & Jarvis, 1994: LINN image!) 국명: 유럽패랭이(Yu-Reop-Pae-Raeng-I; 신칭) 초본, 1년생 혹은 2년생. 줄기는 높이 80 cm 정도 자라고, 곧추서며, 흔히 전체에 털이 있다. 근생엽은 총생 또는 대 생하고, 장타원형이며, 엽병은 없다. 경생엽은 대생하고, 선형 또는 피침형이며, 엽병은 거의 없고, 1 4 mm의 엽초 를 가지며, 엽신의 길이는 cm이다. 꽃은 5 7월에 피 며, 정생하는 취산화서에 3 6개씩 달린다. 포는 선형이며, 꽃받침과 길이가 비슷하거나 길고, 예두이다. 소포는 4개 이며, 녹색이고, 선형 또는 피침형이며, 꽃받침보다 길이 가 짧거나 길고, 예두이다. 소화경의 길이는 mm이 다. 꽃받침은 20 25맥이며, 길이 mm, 너비 2 3 mm 이고, 연모가 있으며, 점첨두이다. 화판은 분홍색에 흰색 반점이 있고, 길이는 3 10 mm이며, 끝부분에 얕은 톱니가 있다. 열매는 삭과이고, 때로는 끝이 5개로 갈라지며, 길 이는 mm로 꽃받침보다 약간 짧다. 종자는 길이 mm이며, 검정색으로 성숙하고 표면에 결절이 있 다(Figs. 3, 4). 국외분포: 유럽 원산; 중앙아시아, 서남아시아, 남아메 리카(칠레), 태평양제도(하와이) 관찰표본: Mt. Inflorescence. 세열미국쥐손이는유럽원산외래식물로일부아시아, 아프리카및아메리카에이르기까지넓게퍼져있다 (Hickman, 1993; Tachikake, 1998; Aedo, 2012). 주요생육지는들판, 호숫가, 초원및교란지역에많이퍼져자라며지중해삼림지대와수목사이에서도자란다 (Fernald, 1950; Aedo, 2012). 이런생육지특성으로일부내음성도있을것으로판단된다. 국내에는제주도제주시금악목장및대섬을비롯하여제주도전역에상당수확산된것으로파악된다. 국립수목원산림생물표본관식물표본실 (KH) 에소장된제주도에서최근까지수집된쥐손이풀속식물표본들을관찰한결과미국쥐손이로오동정된사례가있었으며, 채집시기와지역을고려하면 2012 년보다훨씬이전에유입되어확산된것으로파악된다. 식물특성중이른봄에개화하기시작하여빠른개화와결실을보이기때문에, 주변식생과경쟁에서두드러진번식능력이나타나며제주도에거의토착화된것처럼보인다. 또한주로상층식생이없는개활지에분포하며, 개체군들이상당히큰군락을형성하여생육하고있어서주변식생들의생육지교란및쇠퇴를불러올수있는우려가크다. 그에대한사례로세열미국쥐손이는북아메리카에넓게확산되어심각한잡초로인식되고있으며, 유입및정착될시자생초본식물의쇠퇴를일으킬수있다고보고되고있다 (DiTomaso et al., 2013). 또한일본에서는 1950 년대카나가와현 (Kanagawa) 에서처음출현하였으며, 이후혼슈 (Honshu) 및규슈 (Kyushu) 지역에넓게확산된것으로파악되는등 (Uyemura et al., 2010) 확산력도높은것으로생각된다. 현재중국에는분포기록이없으며, 일본에서귀화된외래식물로기록하고있는근거에의해일본을경유하여국내에유입되었을가능성이높은것으로판단된다. 그외에생활형에서 2 년생이라는견해도있지만원산지에서는 1 년생으로기록하고있어서 (Shimizu, 2003), 생태와관련하여좀더조사가필요할것으로생각된다. 근연종인미국쥐손이와유사하나꽃, 잎등식물체가전반적으로왜소하며, 열매의표면에선모가있는특징으로구별된다 (Fig. 2). 유럽패랭이는유럽원산으로서아메리카, 서아시아등

5 276 Su-Young Jung, Jeong-Ki Hong, Soo-Hyun Park, Jong-Cheol Yang, Seok-Min Yun, Young-Sik Kang 에분포하고있다 (Britton and Brown, 1913; Fernald, 1950; Tutin et al., 1993; Richard and Ronald, 2005). 국내에서는경상남도합천군황매산에서 2012 년에처음확인하였으며, 이지역은최근공원및캠핑장등대규모시설확충이있었고, 그외에도많은탐방객의유입이있는등인위적인요인에의해서유입된것으로추측된다. 주변식생은쑥 (Artemisia indica Willd.), 톱풀 (Achillea alpina L.), 엉겅퀴 (Cirsium japonicum var. maackii (Maxim.) Matsum.), 애기수영 (Rumex acetosella L.), 댕댕이덩굴 [Cocculus trilobus (Thunb.) DC.], 토끼풀 (Trifolium repens L.), 그늘사초 (Carex lanceolata Boott), 잔디 (Zoysia japonica Steud.), 오리새 (Dactylis glomerata L.) 가혼생하고있으며, 개체수는 m 지역에 30 개체정도가넓은범위에걸쳐산발적으로출현하고있었다. 수목이거의없는넓은초지라는점을감안했을때계속적인생육과분포지역이더욱넓어질것으로판단된다. 이외에도충남공주와전남진도에서도분포가확인되었다. 충남공주지역은 2012 년에도로가장자리에분포가확인되었으며초기수백여개체가서식하였으나현재는부정기적인도로변제초를실시하여감소추세를보이고있다. 전남진도지역도 2011 년에도로주변부를따라분포가확인되었으며, 이지역도제초작업으로인해생육에제한을받는것으로보이지만일부확산되어저지대로이동한개체들은인위적인간섭이적어계속적으로출현하고있다. 생활사가 1 년생이지만종자결실및발아가잘이루어지는것으로생각되며국내환경에별무리없이적응하는것으로보인다. 모든지역에서아직까지는자연식생에위험성이가시화되지않았지만계속적으로생육변화에대한모니터링이필요할것으로생각된다. 인접한일본은 1966 년도치기현 (Tochigi) 지역에서최초출현하였으며, 1967 년나가노현 (Nagano) 지역에서도분포가확인되었고, 이후혼슈에서규슈에이르기까지귀화된것으로보고있다 (Shimizu et al., 2001; Shimizu, 2003).
