Of these, 20 levels proved to have operative evidence of herniated disk Postmyelographic CT adds useful information to the myelographic find ings. Cord and root compression are better evaluated and osteophytes can be differentiated from disk herniation ln osteophytes, myelography was as diagnostic as postmyelographic CT. Levels of the Lesions Cases 3 17 Total 20 를촬영하였다. 기종은 TCA-80A를사용하였고, 앙와위에서간격은 2-5 mm, 만충펀의두께는 2mm 로, 시행하였마 '" 이해척수강조영술로촬영부위를결정하였다. 척수강조영소견을판독시신경근초에불규칙밴형모양이보이면척추증 로진단하였고, 신경근의결손모양이좀더크고매끈하연서신경근초가소실되연추간판탈출증으로진단하였다. 척수강조영후 CT에서는척추증을척수와신경근의압박, 신경공의협소와함께골증식체 (osteophyte ) 의소견이판찰되는경우진단하였고, 척추강 (s pinal ca n a J) 내연조직이보이연서척수나신경근의압박이있는경우에는추간판탈출증으로진단했마. V. 결론 경추부에서척수강조영솔파척수강초영후 CT를함께시행했을혜영변의정확한위치와진단에도움을줄수있는지를비교하기위하여위의두검사를시행한 80 명의환자중수술로확잔된 26 영에서총 39예를분석하였마. 이중척추증이 1 9예, 추간판탈출증이 20여 l 였다. 1. 척추증을진단하는데척수강조영숭과척수강조영후 CT에서같은결파를냐타내는데만하여추간판탈출증에서는척수강조영후 CT의진단율이 70% (20 예중 14예 ) 로척수강조영술에서의 15% (20예중 3예 ) 보다우수하였다. 2. 척수강조영후 CT에서척수냐신경근의압박이더잘판찰되었고척추증과추간판탈출증을감별할수있였다.
