When it is a girl, we say it 'peahen' just like a hen. Storytelling (Optional) - 그림책의 Cut와특별한깃털 6개를별도제작후준비하여스토리텔링할때깃털이하나씩줄어드는것을분명하게알수있게한다. - 그림책을그대로읽어주기보다는 narration처럼교사가내용을덧붙이거나주요표현만강조하며들려준다.

The peacock went to the lake and looked at his reflection in the lake. The peacock was sad because he didn't have as many lovely feathers as before. Oh, poor thing! ( 동물이나올때는동물울음소리를내어도좋다.) - 바람부는의성어는최대한실감나게표현한다. - 내가공작이라면어떻게했을지중간중간생각해보며읽게한다. - 호수에서자신의모습을바라보는장면에서는공작의기분이어떨지말해보도록한다. - 바람부는장면에서는어떻게될지결말을추측하도록한후읽어준다.

붙여둔다. I와 You는글자뿐아니라그림이같이나와있으면좋다. 3) 주사위 2개를동시에던져서 I와 slow 그림이나오면 I am slow. 하고말한다. you와 clean 이나오면 You are clean. 하고말한다. Roll the two dice together. If you have 'I' and 'slow', you say 'I am slow.' If you have 'you' and 'slow'. you say 'You are slow.' Cut along the lines. 2) 자른부분접기 Now, fold the cut pieces back and forth many times. 3) 접은부분밀어넣어서세우기 Unfold the inner paper and push out the cut pieces to make squares that look like chairs.
See? You can see the green squares come out. 4) 안쪽종이접은후풀칠해서표지와붙이기 Fold the inner paper again and glue the inner paper. Put the inner paper on the cover paper. Now we have a pop up book. 5) 새카드를뜯어서팝업북에붙인다. Take out the birds and glue them on. We will put the birds on the pop up book. But be careful. They all have names. Can you read the words? 3~4 회차수업추가활동 Extra Activity 1 [ 책읽기발표 and Role play] - Picture Book 2차시수업에서했던내용을반복또는행동을포함하여해본다. 활동목표 : 이야기속주인공을기억하고새의종류를배운다. 준비물 : 그림책에나왔던새카드 (peacock, crow, duck, rooster, crane), 그림책에안나온다른새, penguin, hen, ostrich, eagle, sparrow.) 커다란 peacock 인형또는카드 2개활동방법 1) 유아들을두줄또는두개의동그라미로앉힌다. 2) 첫번째유아에게 peacock 인형또는카드를준다. 3) 교사는새카드와동물카드를섞어서커다란상자에넣어놓는다. 4) 첫번째유아부터카드를한장씩꺼낸다. 5) 꺼낸카드가새카드라면큰소리로읽어보고, 들고있는 peacock 인형또는카드를뒷사람또는옆사람에게건낸다. 6) 두팀이번갈아가며한다. 7) peacock 인형또는카드가마지막사람에게먼저간팀이이긴다. Extra Activity 2 [ Roll & Say ] 활동목표 : phonics 단어를기억하며말할수있다. 준비물 : board 판, 주사위, 말 2개활동방법 1) 교사는 board 판에 10~20개의칸을만들어놓는다.( 유아들의인원에따라칸수를조절한다.) 2) 각칸에 ~an, ~at, ~am, ~ap 를섞어서여러번반복하여적어놓는다. 3) 중간중간에 sight words 을추가로넣는다. 4) 출발점에서주사위를던져나온수만큼말을움직이고, 그칸에적힌글자로끝나는단어를말한다. 5) sight words 가나왔다면 sight words 를정확히읽어보고주사위를한번더던질기회를준다. 6) 도착점에먼저도착하는팀이이긴다. Extra Activity 3 [ Say Peacock! ] 활동목표 : 들려주는단어와제시된카드를구별할수있다준비물 : phonics 카드 (~an, ~at, ~am, ~ap) 활동방법 1) 교사는 ~an, ~at, ~am, ~ap 가각각적힌카드를준비한다. 2) 각각의카드를들고, 해당하는단어를말한다. 3) 교사가말하는단어와카드가일치하면유아들은 peacock" 이라고외친다. 4) 교사는의도적으로다른단어를말해유아들의집중을유도한다. 5) 팀별활동도가능하며많이맞힌팀또는유아에게는동물카드를준다.
