제 3 장 책의 형태학과 의미론: 종이책, PC, 모바일 전자책 49 부터 우리나라 지도나 구구셈 등을 인쇄하여 공책이나 책에 끼어 넣어 필기하는 데 에 도움을 주었던 뿔책받침 이 있었다. 아직 합성수지 나 플라스틱 이라는 말이 일반화되지 않았던 시대였던지라, 단순히 뿔 이라는 말을 덧붙여 이름 지은 이 뿔 책받침 은 1980년대에는 유명 스타를 인쇄하여 추종자들의 노트 속에 자리 잡았고, 요즈음에도 19단과 같은 암기물과 광고주(회사)를 인쇄하여 판촉용 기념품으로 사 용되고 있다. 그러나 이 모바일성을 내세운 책받침은 필요한 내용을 그때그때 인쇄 하여 지니고 다닐 수 있는 A4용지의 대중화와 컴퓨터 인쇄술의 발달로 그 존재가 미미해졌다. 책받침이 담을 수 있는 콘텐츠 양의 제한이 비록 A4용지와 간단해진 인쇄술로 인하여 대체되기는 했어도, 그 아이디어만은 계승된 것이 독서 화면이 한 쪽짜리인 현재의 모바일 PC, 모바일 통신기기, 모바일 전자책 단말기 등이라고 할 수 있는 것이다. 또한 ipad를 통해 널리 알려진 최근의 태블릿PC까지도 이 글씨판 그림 3 4] 글씨판 [ 그림 3 5] 애플사의 ipad [
