건강검진관련근거상세내용 연구실안전환경조성에관한법률시행규칙 제10조 ( 건강검진의실시 ) 1 연구주체의장은법제18조제4항에따라 산업안전보건법시행령 제29조에따른유해물질및같은법시행규칙별표 12의2에따른유해인자를취급하는연구활동종사자에대하여일반건강검진과특수건강검진을실시하여야한다. 2 제1항에따른일반건강검진은 국민건강보험법 에따른건강검진기관또는 산업안전보건법 에따른특수건강진단기관에서 1년에 1회이상다음각호를포함하여실시하여야한다. 1. 문진과진찰 2. 혈압, 혈액및요 ( 尿 ) 검사 3. 신장, 체중, 시력및청력측정 4. 흉부방사선촬영 3 연구활동종사자가다음각호의어느하나에해당하는검진, 검사또는진단을받은경우에는제2항에따른일반건강검진을실시한것으로본다. 1. 국민건강보험법 에따른건강검진 2. 학교보건법 에따른건강검사 3. 산업안전보건법시행규칙 제100조제1항에서정한일반건강진단의검사항목을모두포함하여실시한건강진단 4 제1항에따른특수건강검진은 산업안전보건법 에따른특수건강진단기관에서같은법시행규칙별표 12의3 특수건강진단의시기및주기에따라같은법시행규칙별표 13의제1 차검사항목을포함하여실시하여야한다. 5 특수건강검진결과평가가곤란하거나질병이의심되는사람에대해서는 산업안전보건법시행규칙 별표 13의제2차검사항목중건강검진담당의사가필요하다고인정하는항목을추가하여실시할수있다. [ 전문개정 2011.9.9] 산업안전보건법시행규칙 제2장근로자건강진단제98조의2( 건강진단의종류 ) 1 사업주는법제43조에따라건강진단의실시시기및대상을기준으로일반건강진단ㆍ특수건강진단ㆍ배치전건강진단ㆍ수시건강진단및임시건강진단을실시하여야한다. 2 사업주는근로자의건강진단이원활히실시될수있도록적극노력하여야하며, 근로자는사업주가실시하는건강진단및의학적조치에적극협조하여야한다.

Object Related to the above, please cooperate with the enforcement of the pre-assignment health examination conducted to assess the suitability of the deployed work for the research participants involved in activities subject to special health examination. 3. Details about related basis for health examination Enforcement rule of the act on the establishment of safe laboratory environment Article 10 (Enforcement of the health examination) 1 The head of research institutes must perform the general health examination and special health examination on the research participants who handle the hazardous factors listed in article 29 of the enforcement decree of the occupational safety and health act or appendix 12-2 of the enforcement rules of the same law in accordance with article 18 paragraph 4 of the law. 2 General health examination under paragraph 1 shall be carried out once a year or more at the health examination agencies described in the national health insurance act or the special medical examination agencies described in the occupational safety and health act, including the following items. 1. interviews and clinical examinations 2. blood pressure test, blood sample test, and uroscopy 3. height, weight, eyesight, and hearing test 4. chest radiography 3 The research participant who has received any of the following examinations, test, or diagnosis, shall be deemed as general health examination shown in the paragraph 2 conducted. 1.
