Greetings Greetings from the President of Korea Nazarene University (KNU) Welcome to the KNU/Cheonan City Summer English Camp 2013! Dear Camp Participants, It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2013 KNU/Cheonan City Summer English Camp. KNU has prepared an excellent program led by 21 wonderful native teachers from all over the world and 35 teacher s assistants and staff members. During the English camp, students will enjoy a great English immersion experience where each and every class and rotation activity is taught only in English. Through this immersion experience, as well as a holistic approach to English education, we hope to help develop each student s English fluency through class work, fun classroom rotation and sports rotation activities, and daily interactions. I d like to thank Mayor Moo-Yong Sung and the staff of Cheonan City Hall for the great effort they have put forth towards developing the camp. I also would like to thank the students parents for trusting us and sending their kids to this camp. Finally, I would like to thank all of the international teachers, teacher s assistants, and staff members for their hardwork. I know if we, the parents, Cheonan City, and KNU, work together as a team, we will educate our children to be capable citizens who will make a difference not only in our community, but also in the world. May God bless you. President, Dr. Shin Min-Gyoo 2

Rotation Lab "Learning English is not just through studying. It is also through action and playing, exploring and creating, and laughing and encouraging. English is learned not only with your eyes and ears, but with your whole body. You have to use all of your senses (sight, sound, feel, taste, touch) to really learn English. At the 2013 English Camp, we want to teach each student English by engaging all of their senses, and we do so through our various activities."
