2013.11.13~14 Network Meeting (2013 년네트워크회의 ) Common Declaration 공동선언 Participants of Hyundai Kia plants from South Korea, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey and India, met in Prague on 13.-14.11.2013 at the meeting of the IndustriALL Global Union Hyundai/Kia Network. Participants informed each other about the situation in the respective countries and plants especially from the trade union point of view. Based on the presented information we consider the full recognition of the democratic trade unions in the KIA/ Hyundai plants worldwide as a crucial step for effective dialogue between the Company management and employee representatives, which will have positive influence on further functioning and development of both the Companies worldwide. At the same time participants call upon the managements of Hyundai and Kia: To lead a constructive dialogue resulting in the cooperation with the trade unions presented at this meeting and their headquarters To support the establishment of the democratic trade unions in all the plants worldwide which are not organised yet To start an open and effective dialogue with IndustriALL Global Union on the global framework agreement for KIA and Hyundai IndustriALL Global Union, OZ KOVO, Birlesik Metall-Is-BMI, OS KOVO, IG Metall, KMWU, HMIEU 국제금속노련 / 금속노조 ( 현자지부, 기아차지부지부장검토 )/ 슬로박금속노조오즈코보 / 체코금속노조, 오스코보 / 독일금속노조 / 터키금속노조 / 인도현대자동차노동조합공동선언내에있는 3 대공동요구 : 현대 기아사측이각노동조합과건설적인대화착수할것을요구한다. 현대 기아사측이해외공장에서민주노조가입 설립을탄압하지않고중립적입장을취할것을요구한다. 현대 기아본사는국제통합제조산별노련과글로벌기본협약을체결하기위해공개적이고효과적인대화에착수할것을요구한다.
