Abstract Although High-altitude electromagnetic pulse(hemp protection filter meets the requirements of pulsed current injection(pci acceptance test, the equipment under test which has low electromagnetic susceptibility level can be damaged during PCI verification test that is performed on operating condition of equipment. This paper proposed the HEMP effect analysis method using comparison of norms between residual current of HEMP filter and transient electromagnetic conducted susceptibility criteria of equipment, as an alternative method under the condition that performing PCI verification test is limited in HEMP hardened facilities. PCI acceptance test of HEMP filter, transient electromagnetic conducted susceptibility test, and PCI verification test are performed and test results are analyzed. CS115 파형의 첨두 상승률은 그림 2로부터 진폭변화가 가장 큰 구간의 변화율(4 A / 2 ns을 이용하 여 산출하였으며, 루트 액션은 5 A의 진폭과 30 ns의 펄 스 폭을 이용하여 구하였다. 파형은 Matlab을 이용 하여 식 (2의 미분 값으로 부터 첨두 상승률을 구하였고, 식 (1을 이용하여 루트액션을 구하였다. 표 1의 PCI 특성인자는 HEMP 필터의 출력단에 연결된 2 Ω 저항을 통해 흐르는 전류 파형 특성이지만, 표 2의 CS115, 특성인자는 그림 1과 같이 동축 부하와 감 쇄기에 의한 100 Ω의 루프 저항에 흐르는 전류 특성 값이 다. PCI 특성인자와 CS115, 의 특성인자를 서로 비 교 분석하기 위해서는 부하 저항 값 차이에 대한 보정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CS115와 의 교정치구에 그림 5와 같이 2 Ω 저항을 연결하고, 펄스발생기의 출력 전압을 표 2의 실험 때와 동일한 값으로 설정하여 펄스를 인가한 후 부하 저항에 흐르는 전류파형을 측정하였다. 측정 결과는 그림 6, 7 및 표 3과 같이 나타났다. 표 1과 표 3에서 첨두치와 첨두 상승률은 PCI 잔류 전 류 제한치보다 CS115, 의 특성인자가 대부분 높게 나타나고, 루트 액션도 전원 필터를 제외하고는 대부분 루트액션 ( CS (10 khz (100 khz (1 MHz (10 MHz (30 MHz (100 MHz CS 측정 부하 그림 5. Measurement of CS115, (2 Ω load. 의 특성인자가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 CS와 의 시험파형들은 대부분의 PCI 잔류 전류 제 한기준보다 엄격하고, PCI 검증 시험 시 필터의 잔류 전 류에 의해 발생할 수 있는 위협수준을 충분히 모사 가능 하다고 판단된다. 실제 PCI 측정을 통해 획득한 HEMP 필터의 잔류 전류 특성인자와 표 3의 CS115 및 특성인자 비교를 통 해 HEMP 필터를 통과한 잔류 신호가 장비에 미치는 영 향성을 예측할 수 있다.
