40 손목의손바닥쪽검사 Median nerve Nerve fascicle 과 fascicle 사이의지방조직에의한높은음영에의해벌집모양 Flexor tendon 손바닥쪽손목관절 Guyon s canal Ulnar artery 와 ulnar vein 이보이며 ulnar nerve 가 pisiform 바로옆에서벌집모양 TFCC(triangular fibrocartilage complex) 탐색자를 ulnar styloid process 위에 coronal plane 으로놓은다음손등쪽으로움직인다.
