Present administration draws up creative economy as objective of administration which is job oriented for growth and welfare. Creative economy puts imagination and creativity on core value and aims at creating new value-added, job and growth driver by integrating ICT into other various industries. In the way that established growth strategy based on factor such as labor and capital reached the limit, realization of Creative economy based on individual ideas and creativities is major policy objectives.
