34 2 Journal of the Korean Society of Health Information and Health Statistics Volume 34, Number 2, 2009, pp. 165 176 165 진은희 A Study on Health related Action Rates of Dietary Guidelines and Pattern of Dietary in Middle-aged Women Nursing Department of Jinju Health College Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study is to research health related action rates of dietary guidelines and patterns of diet in Middle-aged Women. Method: It's subjects consist of 248 in middle-aged women. Data are got from self-reported questionnaires which they completed from October 1st to 22nd, 2008. Data are analyzed through frequency, ANOVA, Pearson correlation in the SPSS/pc 10.0 statistical program. Result: There is a positive and significant correlation between health related action rates of dietary guidelines and patterns (r=.577, p<.01). Compared action rates of dietary guidelines with general characteristics, there are significant differences in age( F=6.287, p=.002) and exercise( F=3.735, p=.005). Compared dietary patterns with general characteristics, there are significant difference in age( F=3.808, p=.024), BMI( F=3.246, p=.023), and exercise( F=3.735, p=.025) p=.024). Conclusion: The better they practice dietary guidelines, the higher the points of self diagnoses of diet are. Judging from these results, we should educate early middle-aged women more dietary training and the importance of exercise.
