Hwever, these phsphrs in the frm f thin films have nt yet been realized due t technical difficulties. We prepared thin film type BAM and CMS phsphrs n quartz glass substrate using a pulsed laser depsitin technique. The luminescent and structural prperties f thin film phsphrs were mnitred as a functin f key prcessing parameters such as xygen partial pressure inside the depsitin chamber, depsitin time, laser energy density and the type f pst-depsitin treatments used. Even thugh we culd nt btain single hmgenus phases, thin films with large hmgenus areas and a high phtluminescence culd be prduced by ptimizing these prcessing parameters. Fig. 1. 본 성형한 후 CIP(Cld Isstatic Pressing)를 이용하여 170 MPa의 압력을 가하여 최종적으로.5 cm 직경의 타 겟을 만들었다. 그 후, 환원 분위기(75% N +5% H )에 서 100 C로 3시간 소결하였다. 기판은 mm의 quartz 기판을 사용하였고, 기판의 온도는 챔버내의 지름 인치의 저항 발열식 기판히터와 K-type thermcuple을 이용하여 750 C로 유지하였으며, 기판과 타겟과의 거리는 3~3.5 cm로 유지하였다. 증착은 KrF(λ =48 nm)의 엑시머 레이저를 이용하여.0~.3 J/cm 에너지와 5 Hz 반복률로 1~시간 동안 증착하였다. 이때 타켓은 10 rpm로 회전시 켰다. 최초 챔버내의 진공은 Trr로 유지하였고, 그 후 박막의 성장 시 성장조건을 변화시키기 위해 산소 분압을 15~00 mtrr로 변화시켰다. 증착된 샘플은 환원 분위기(95%N +5%H )에서 1000~100 C로 1~시간 동안 열처리 하였다. 각 샘플 증착 시 상세한 조건은 Table 1 에 나타내었다. 위의 조건으로 성장된 박막은 α-step500 을 이용하여 두께를 측정하였고, 결정화도에 대한 분석은 포항가속기 연구소의 8C 고해상도 분말(High Reslutin Pwder Diffractin, HRPD) 빔라인에 장착된 SR-XRD를 이용하였다. Phtluminescence(PL) 특성은 Perkin-Elmer LS50B 분광계를 이용하여 54 nm로 상온에서 측정하였다. Emissin spectra f CMS thin film phsphrs depsited at varius xygen pressure under 54 nm 결과 및 고찰 3.1. CMS 박막형광체 Fig. 1은 다양한 산소분압에서 증착한 후 환원분위기 (95%N +5%H )에서 1100 C로 1시간 동안 열처리한 CMS 박막의 발광스펙트럼을 보여준다. 그림에서 보듯 진공 ( Trr)에서 증착된 박막이 가장 뛰어난 발광휘도 를 나타내며, 산소분압이 증가할수록 발광휘도는 급격히 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있다. Fig. 는 이들 박막을 자외선 (λ=54 nm)에서 여기한 실제 사진이다. (a)는 증착된 후 6 Fig.. Actual phtgraphs f a series f as-depsited (a) and reduced (b) thin films taken under UV lamp illuminatin at 54 nm. 환원처리되기 전, (b)는 환원처리 후의 박막 사진이다. 환 원처리전의 박막들 (a)보면, 산소분압에 따라 확실한 발 광색의 차이를 보인다. 진공에서 증착된 박막은 54 nm 여기파장에서 아무런 빛도 발광하지 않으나, 산소 분위기 에서 증착된 박막은 낮은 산소분압에서는 녹색을, 그리고 산소분압이 증가할수록 점차 적색으로 변하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이 녹색발광은 Akermanite (Ca MgSi O )상에 도핑 7 제 43 권 제 1호(006)
