This teacher education program was proved to be effective for two middle school students in the name of "Resilience, Go Go!" In 2017, and it was conducted with changing the target to "teacher" and the period to "one day". As a result of the same education program as the previous student program, the whole average and mediating factors of resilience were found increase effect with statistically significant in all of self-regulation ability, interpersonal ability, and positive. This study confirmed the significance of the resilience training program for teachers and draws out the necessary items for more effective education.
