T 아카데미는 SK텔레콤의축적된모바일경험및노하우전수와전문강사진의체계적인수업진행을통해과정수료후바로현업에투입될수있는수준의모바일 IT 전문가양성을목적으로 2011년총 134개의과목을개설하고 7,248명의인력을배출하였습니다. 향후에도협력회사, 고객, 개발자를대상으로지속적인교육프로그램개설및운영을실시할예정입니다. 또한, 모바일서비스개발분야의전문가를양성함으로써협력회사에게우수한인재를채용할수있는기회와구직자에게는협력회사에취업정보를제공하여인력확보를지원하고있습니다. 특히 T 아카데미에는모바일개발, 기획및디자인관련정보를공유할수있는공간인모바일커뮤니티를구현하고있으며 T아카데미수강생을대상으로정기적인취업설명회를개최하여협력회사와 1대1 채용상담의기회를가질수있도록하였습니다. SK텔레콤의지속적인전문교육프로그램은 ICT 전문지식의공유, 인재양성등을통해협력회사의기술경쟁력확보및전문성강화에기여할것입니다. 상생혁신센터 아이디어의사업화를위한상생혁신센터 (Open Innovation Center) SK텔레콤의상생혁신센터는협력회사또는 1인창조기업을지원하는제도로고객또는개발자가다양한아이디어를제안하면우수한아이디어를선정하여포상금을지급하고있으며아이디어개발공모를통해애플리케이션으로개발하고있습니다. 협력회사, 개인, 개발자의역량강화및사업화를추진하기위해 MD 테스트센터 (MD Test Center), 플랫폼테스트베드 (Platform Testbed) 등의인프라를제공하고있으며 T 아카데미와연계하여교육프로그램을통한전문가양성을지원하고있습니다. 또한법인및개인개발자를위한기술, 마케팅, 개발비를지원하고있으며향후에도혁신적비즈니스모델발굴및아이디어의사업화를통해모바일생태계를조성할계획입니다. 기술자료임치제지원및경영지원활동 2011년중소기업기술도용을막기위해정보기관임치를통한기술보호비용을지원해주는기술자료임치제를실시하여협력회사가총 30건의기술정보를임치할수있도록지원하였습니다. 이러한성과로대중소협력재단으로부터기술임치유치우수기업감사패를받았습니다. 또한 1, 2차협력회사를대상으로경영컨설팅을무료로제공하여협력회사경영진단및개선을지원하는 경영닥터제 를도입하여 2011년총 5개의협력회사의경영진단을지원했습니다. Case Study 01 테스트인프라환경제공을통한협력회사기술경쟁력제고 SK텔레콤은협력회사를위한 MD Test Center와 Platform TestBed를설립하였습니다. MD Test Center는모바일콘텐츠개발에필요한테스트인프라를협력회사에게제공하여그들의 R&D 역량을발휘할수있도록지원하고있습니다. 또한이센터는협력회사에서제안한아이디어중우수아이디어를선정하여개발자및개발인프라 ( 기획 개발교육, 단말등 ) 를지원하고실적에따른인센티브도지급합니다.
