I used it to learn how to improve my performance. I was going to analyze my performance. Psychological techniques helped me when I was tired. I came to understand the pros and cons of Poomsae. I learned how to do Poomsae Positive Thinking (3 / 15.75%) I got a positive thinking. Negative I turned into a positive thought. I seem to be a positive person. I changed my mind to work with pleasure. I was annoyed but I ended up with a positive mind. The mind has changed Chance of Change (6 / 17.8%) It was a chance to fix the bad things. The biggest change is my own change So many things have changed. The habit of thinking has changed. I became aware of the problem with me. I knew how to change. The idea of not wanting to change has changed. I was passive and I changed aggressively Goal Setting (30 / 0.5%) I set a goal that I can keep. I think I have become a person preparing for the future. I came to practice my goal. My goal is to provide a scholarship I have a goal for my dream. I did not live without thinking. I have a specific goal Struggle and Effort ( / 15.01%) I was able to overcome hard work well. I will not give up. I got more harder. I have been working hard. I have a tough but enjoyable mindset. I was challenged Motivation (9 / 19.86%) I have a desire to do. There was development. It was fun. I have control. There was an intrinsic motivation. I had a sense of accomplishment. I have a heart to enjoy
