Journal of Educational Innovation Research 2019, Vol. 29, No. 2, pp.357-378 DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.21024/pnuedi.29.2.201906.357 3 * Effects of 9th Grade Students Participation in Career Curriculum Cluster on Career Maturity Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting 9th grade students participation in Career Curriculum Cluster and to evaluate its effects on career maturity. Method: 415 students responses were analyzed through logistic regression analysis and analysis of covariance. Results: First, the rate of 9th grade students participation in Career Curriculum Cluster was higher for students who showed higher level of volunteer work experience, self-efficacy on student achievement, and parents support and in schools located in big-sized cities. Second, the students participating in Career Curriculum Cluster showed higher degree in career planning, career self-understanding, and the total of its sub-categories than those who did not take part in the program. Conclusion: The results could provide implications on enhancing career maturity through Career Curriculum Cluster. Key words : Career Curriculum Cluster, curriculum policy, career maturity *,.
